I do a lot of traveling throughout New York sate for work and have frequented many different Chipotle locations over the years. However, this location truly is a standout and has the best customer service I have experienced to date at any Chipotle I've been to. The staff is always incredibly friendly and happy to help out with whatever they can, in particular, one employee named Xin always provides unparalleled customer service. The quality of the food is always consistent and delicious and the restaurant itself is always well kept and clean. If you are stopping through Canandaigua and are a fan of chipotle I highly recommend checking out this location, I give it five stars!

Could eat chipotle on a daily basis. Most locations have amazing service and the best food. Would suggest getting there before the lunch, rush, though, as you often have to stand in line for a while due to the crowds of people.

Canandaigua Chipotle. Out of forks, out of napkins, out of a few drinks, out of fajitas (peppers and onions always), unkempt dining area and garbage overflowing. All at 530pm and not busy; we walked right in to order. So no excuse. Gotta do way better please.

I’ve been coming here a couple times a month for 2 years. I used to say how this is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Always fast, delicious and good portions. Was the only chipotle I ever felt comfortable preferring through the app and not worry about getting skimped. Not anymore. 3 times in the past 6 weeks I’ve been completely skimped on mobile orders. Not sure what changed but it’s a shame. This place has really gone downhill in the past few months.

Food counter and back prep tables all had so much food all over them. No one was bothering to wipe down any surface. Food was mixed in the wrong containers due to sloppyness.
I got the carne asada bowl and it had chunks of fat as well as carne asada in it. Would be nice if when prepping they could cut this off. Made it really unappealing.

I mean, it's Chipotle, you probably know what is in store. Part of what is in store is never knowing if you'll get a little itty-bitty serving of meat or something more . . . Reasonable. This last trip was fantastic. The new Chimichrri was excellent and I got a reasonable serving of pork. The last time I got a pathetic strand. So today we rate well!
