This store has really gone downhill. The portion size is by far the worst of any in the area. I will give it one more try, after that, done. The owner should really do better as I’ve seen others complaining on here about the same thing. Also, I am leaving this review since I’ve reviewed my prior orders in the app after receiving and no one seemed to care there.

The staff at this one are always super helpful

This locations seems to be really declining in service and food. 3 times now in the past 4 months they have been out of peppers and onions but I am sorry if you are vegetarian that really does not leave much left to make your bowl since I do not eat the sofritos. I usually make a point to go in and order my bowl because using the app and drive through leaves too much room for error since things are always missing or messed up. Well my last order really was absolutely ridiculous and I would have been embarrassed to have someone pick that up. It was missing peppers, onions and pinto beans. The whole bowl weighed 11 oz I literally had to weigh it because I was in shock that there was barely any food in there and I was charged full price. Good luck trying to call and get a refund because no one answers the phone, sent an email heard nothing back. The online app offered a free drink but I do not drink soda or anything else they offer, my money back or a free meal would have been the right thing to do. From now on I will always make sure to go in and order or head to another location because this one sure is a disappointment.

Pretty standard Chipotle. There’s a 50/50 chance they will get your mobile order right or done on time. Tables and floors are almost always filthy.
I will say that we had a large grad party order that we placed and they handled it very well.

i love chipotle and going there bc their food is awesome but just about every single time i have gone there, they are “out” of brown rice. i have gone a different times of the day but especially around dinner time. every single time i go they are out. it’s ridiculous to be honest. i have wrote an online complaint on chipotle’s website and nothing has been done so now im here writing. it’s just frustrating when you get the same thing everytime but then cant because they’re out.

Tonight will be the last time I go to the Canandaigua location. Every time we have ordered here there is an issue. Usually they are out of things especially CHIPS! When I mentioned it to the worker he was extremely rude and told me to come earlier. Then followed by a few more rude comments. Tonight I ordered on line which was supposed to be ready at 6:10. I arrived at 6:16 and was told that there are still orders ahead of mine. I waited then got back in line. Arrived at the window and waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to the window, at 6:50. I said something to the worker he said they were really busy tonight. I told him 40 minutes past the pickup time is not acceptable and to wait for them to come to the window for 15 minutes as the already paid for food sat on a shelf cold. The worker stared at me not saying a word and never apologized. I will drive to Victor before trying this establishment again.

They steal customers phones and refuse to return them even after said phone was located there with find my iPhone you guys should look into your employees and how they steal peoples stuff

9/10 times staff is on point, good is fresh and services is steady. There was been a few instances where some staff appear to be working much harder than other -

They mixed up the online order and gave the wrong rice and beans in the bowl. When I went inside to request a replacement they were not enthused about helping me . I won’t complain because I got my replacement but there’s no cheerful atmosphere here for sure.
