I made a small food order to feed our video production crew for the live coverage of HS Football. I was expecting 15 pre package meals with 1 meat and 2 sides. When I showed up to collect our food I was completely shocked and amazed that it was a variety of pulled pork, ribs, brisket, cole slaw, mac and cheese, and corn bread. We had a last minute cancelation for an event and even though FLX couldn't help us out with our event, Kim was great to talk to. Her hands were tied but I know for sure if she could have done it she would have been there for us! I am looking forward to fostering a business relationship with her in the future for future events!
I had the Pulled Pork, Brisket, Spicy Slaw and Collards. Everything was great. Tasted fresh and flavorful. The cornbread was to die for. We drove 30 min from Irondequoit to Canandaguia to try it and was not disappointed. Will go back.
