We absolutely love this tea shop so much from sampling to displays to friendly staff. We love their tin can program to where you bring you tin back for a refill. Great for everyone... love giving tea from this shop as gifts.

The store has a fair selection of loose leaf teas. The proprietor was very helpful and quick to respond when I walked into the store. They were able to show me a few options for what I asked for. However, I also picked purchased an infuser as a family member used my old one resulting in it being destroyed beyond use. The quality of the product is great and I have no complaints. When shown the options, there were several, I said I prefer the transparent glass option as I steep my tea to color and time and I enjoy seeing how the different teas alter the color as they open during brewing and over several steeps. The proprietor said 'you're one of those people ' in an exasperated way. I felt this was not needed. I would have given give star rating but this comment has stuck with me as I cannot fathom its meaning. Upon checkout I was offered a sample of another tea I was interested in, this is something I love about the shop, and asked for a pu erh tea. I just purchased some green tea. As I like tea for different occasions I felt this a fun choice - to try a variety that I hadn't purchased from this store before but have enjoyed many times over from other places. The proprietor said that was an interesting choice as it was very different from what I had just purchased. Overall I enjoyed the tea shop for its convenience and selection. In general I recommend the shop.

Just moved to the area & stopped in to check out the wide variety of teas and was overwhelmed- in the best way possible! Susan was super friendly & helpful. I walked out with 3 bags of tea and an Iced Tea decanter- I currently have the Canandaigua blend brewed in my fridge, a blend of apples, cranberries and other delicious fruit! I will definitely be back soon ?

Wide variety of tea offerings from all over the world! All the jars are available to examine and each has a specific blend and story. Cinnamon tea was available for taste testing and it was delicious. The attendant was very helpful and informative about all the different varieties in the store.
