Just received my first shipment from Good Life Tea. I have ordered from other suppliers online before but I have been having a lot of trouble lately finding a good selection of decaf greens. So happy that I found this company. The tea is great and the personalization with the handwritten notes shows that they really care about their customers. Small businesses are the backbone of this country.Keep up the good work Susan.

recently had a disappointing experience with this company’s online customer service. The representative I interacted with, Susan Albert, was consistently rude and dismissive throughout the process. I ordered a set as a time-sensitive gift, and it arrived damaged. When I requested a refund, I was met with resistance and snarky responses instead of support. Customers should be aware that if an item arrives defective, you may be expected to put in significant effort to resolve the issue. This experience has made me hesitant to order online from them again. In-person shopping may be a better option, but my online interaction was far from satisfactory.

I had a wonderful experience here a few weeks ago! I was helped by Katie, who was very kind and helpful.
They have a wide selection of loose leaf teas here, which may be a little intimidating to someone who is unfamiliar with tea, but for me, it was perfect.
When I went, they had several samples out to try on a table, which I very much appreciated.
I bought the heaven sent chai, licorice black tea, and the hot cinnamon spice black tea as well as a little earl grey with lavender sample bag. All of which have been absolutely phenomenal. Truly top tier loose leaf tea.
Definitely will be returning. This will be my go-to place for loose leaf tea from now on 😊

My first order and I am very impressed and Happy . The teas came beautifully packaged like I was stepping into a forest of ferns as I was unboxing. A nice Thank You note came with the orders. When I opened the teas to smell them, there were little notes inside like fortunes. The teas smell amazing and the first one I tried was the Chocolate Truffle. Tastes as good as it smells. The whole experience of receiving my order is definitely a treat and appealing for the senses. I was excited to find a Kyoto Cherry flavor green tea so that is what inspired me to try Good Life Tea and they didn't disappoint. They also give me a couple free samples of their other flavors. I got to try some samples of tea, and a lovely woman with black hair assisted me. I wish i remembered her name <3 . She was very knowledgeable about all the teas. Bought some Hello Hawaii and Amethyst Berry on recommendation. Will be making regular stops! Thank you <3

I received a wonderful mini education on the art and varieties of Matcha tea at the store. I bought ceremonial matcha, a bamboo whisk, and a bowl. I made my first cup today and couldn't be more delighted! I've never had matcha this good!

I am not a tea person. I was buying a gift for my daughter and there was a great selection. The staff person was very helpful and kind.

We absolutely love this tea shop so much from sampling to displays to friendly staff. We love their tin can program to where you bring you tin back for a refill. Great for everyone... love giving tea from this shop as gifts.

Went there with my daughter. Got to try out some tea and chat with the owner and employee who was working--excellent customer service, and both were knowledgeable about their teas, which isn't always the case. Highly recommend.
