My wife and I visited there yesterday for the first time. I can assure you it won't be our last, it was absolutely fantastic! The service was great and the food was outstanding. The speed that the food came out was amazing and the flavor was out of this world! We will definitely be back again this summer, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We were on vacation and were excited to have dinner there. Staff was personable and attentive. Menu items sounded great. Food was ok but WAY overpriced for the quality of our meals. One friend stated her food was tasteless. Appetizers were $20 alone. Chicken Parm was $30. There were LOTS of restrictions that we saw at the last minute when ordering our food. We decided to stay there but regretted not leaving once the food arrived. The billing the table equally when we were not all together was unfair to one of our friends even though we were able to reimburse her later. We will not go back there when visiting again, nor will we recommend anyone else to go there. Go next door to Eddie O’Briens Grill & Bar where we also ate and had delicious, reasonably priced, meals the way we wanted without restrictions.

The food was good, but what made our visit special was the bartender Carter. My husband and I had a late night dinner for Father’s Day, and we sat at the bar. Carter was very attentive and gave us great service. He is a great asset to Kix on Main, and we will be back only if he is working!

Interesting place. One check per table. I get that it makes tips a little larger. Food comes out when it’s done. Ok again it’s all the rage.
Ordered the Shrimp Alexander, while the sherry sauce was tasty the shrimp were on the chewy side. My partner had the fish sandwich which was good however the side salad really needed a knife to be edible. Server was moderately attentive.
Might have been a bad night we’ll give it another try if we come back this way

I’m giving this a one only because our server went above and beyond to make something positive out of a sad food situation. The first thing my adult son said was..”mom I thought with the prices this was fine dining, but it just looks like a pub?” But we stayed because I was sure he was wrong. I won’t beat around the bush. The other review that said they care more about regulars is absolutely true. We saw it a few times. I’ll keep it simple now. Don’t let the menu fool you. They do not have hand cut fries. They were McDonald’s fries and for $20 with a sandwich? I could have had something 💯better at my local diner for half the price. I won’t waste my time with overpriced food ever again. Save yourself some time. Avoid this place if you aren’t a regular.

I had a wonderful evening at Kix On Main in Canandaigua, NY, where I met my sister and brother-in-law. This restaurant has become one of our favorites, and we've enjoyed five visits together over the past two years. They go about every 4 to 6 weeks, and it's easy to see why!
To kick things off, I opted for their incredible soup, which never disappoints. Another table favorite—monkey bread. It's a must-try! I highly recommend saving room for the main course because the entire dining experience at Kix On Main is always top-notch. Can't wait for our next visit!

This is a fun lively local place! The food is excellent, small kitchen so dinners come aa they are ready but its full disclosure from the server. Our server was friendly, helpful and offered great advice and suggestions for things to see and do in Finger Lakes. Our grouo had and enjoyed the calamari and salmon and salad bowl with grilled shrimp. Good portions and best calamari, piping hot and not greasy at all. 😋 Great cocktails.
