Service staff were very friendly. The plates are priced HIGH. However as they were coming out, the portions looked good. My husband ordered the fried chicken sandwich. The fries were undercooked. The sandwich was HUGE. I ordered the Ahi Tuna entree. The description said that it came with a lime cilantro salsa and a SIDE of wasabi. There was no side of wasabi. No biggie, or so I thought. The whole tuna pyramid is sitting in a plate of melted wasabi. I told the server this was unbearable. He agreed that the wasabi is too much and he brought a side of stale wonton chips to help dilute the intensity. I could have returned the plate, but to be honest, I didn't because I don't trust the next plate will be tampered with.

We sat at small high top table in the bar area. No complaints with the food or the service. Nice flavors. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. Will return and try another dish

We went in (7 if us) on Easter and for my mother in laws 101st birthday. They were very accommodating and the food and service was outstanding. We will definitely be visiting there again! ?

Meh. Very unaccommodating restaurant that hides behind a superficial snobbishness of being a chef driven restaurant but actually comes off as a long time line cook who never liked special orders who opened a place so now he/she doesn't have to execute them. Overpriced irrelevant food that was flavorless. Who doesn’t at least season French fries? Save your money.

Went here with my girlfriend. Great environment for drinks and such, but the food is nothing special at all. It’s basically a privately owned Applebees, but for rich people.

We got seated right away on a Friday night. They were busy! Everything was great. Good beer selection and cocktails. One note- the portion sizes are huge!

We went to KIX on Main on the recommendation of a friend. We have just returned to the community and took a Friday evening chance. We were not disappointed, but rather amazed! We shared a wedge salad which was huge and just perfect for two. Not over-dressed with huge gobs of the usual commercial dressing , just the right with bits of tasty cheese and bacon. The only little touch missing was house-made croutons...these were commercial. We moved on to a pair of haddock sandwiches. 12 oz fillets nestled in what appeared to be a seeded brioche bun These are easy to ruin, but ours were as close to perfect as I have ever had. Lightly battered, perfectly cooked, and not the least bit greasy!!! They were served with a mound of fresh French fried potatoes, and a side of coleslaw. Now coleslaw is usually an insipid blob of over mayo'd cabbage. This, however was perfectly dressed slaw with just a hint of horseradish...a game changer!! With more beers on tap than I can count with my fingers and toes, and a very nice, not over-priced wine list, this is a great place for dinner, or a night at the bar with a friend! Do yourself a favor, and just go!! You won't be disappointed!!

I actually would give this place no stars. The server wiped their nose with their hand and then touched the edge of of someone’s plate. Gross!

The restaurant was dirty, the food was subpar for the price paid, and the staff were talking and ignoring customers. My first time and last time there! Don't waste your money if I could give zero stars I would.

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had at a restaurant. This was a mile stone BD for me. From the minute we walked into the restaurant, we felt uncomfortable and unwanted. When we came in we checked in and the owner said, upstairs to the right, not welcoming at all. The waitress knew it was my BD, never said welcome or happy birthday. She rolled her eyes at any question or request. I asked for a vodka tonic, no Titos, and she rolled her eyes at me. We arrived right at 5 for dinner with 15 people, 3 people in our party were a few minutes late. She asked us if we wanted to order appetizers and we said we wanted to wait for the rest of our guests. The waitress immediately went and got her boss, Kim. Kim thought it was appropriate to reprimand us in front of my entire family including our grandchildren. Telling us that "we talked about this", we were on the clock and had to get out in a certain amount of time, very passive aggressive, not that she was rushing us or anything. Then the waitress proceeded to talk about us with another coworker at the computer where they order food. My son could overhear them. It was so rude!! When we were leaving my husband said that we will never come back and the owner wearing pajama pants got into a screaming altercation with my husband. The owner was so angry. I actually could not believe that this could be happening and that a business owner could act like this. There is something really wrong here. No one should be going to this restaurant. If you read the reviews you will see that they have issues with customer service and many people feel bullied and unwelcome. They are in the wrong line of work. The entire situation could have been avoided with even the smallest amount of kindness.

Party of 14 at 5:00 pm (with advanced reservations) for my Mothers milestone birthday. We were told (presumably by restaurant leadership) upon arrival that they needed to ‘reset the table’ for a reservation after us when we advised that some of party was running a bit late (15 mins)…so we immediately felt rushed and honestly unwelcome. The waitress was also unwelcoming and was unhelpful; menu questions seemed to annoy her. I overheard comments by our waitress to peer waitresses about our party that were unpleasant. The irony here is two part…one of the 14 dishes of party was severely late, and we were given excuses that they ‘only had two burners tonight’…two, they worked to clear the table very quickly as meals appeared to be complete but what was comical is we were asked if wanted to see the dessert menu. So do you want us to leave or stay? The question from the waitress was just not genuine…you could see on face that didn’t want any of us to say yes.Our reservations were for 5:00 pm and our party left the restaurant by ~6:35. The restaurant leadership had the gall to get into it with my father. It’s very apparent that this is a restaurant that caters to ‘locals’ and ‘regulars’ and that they do not know how to manage their reservations nor restaurant capacity.Real shame bc the food was great but if anyone asks if I’d recommend this place…I’ll say ‘if don’t mind getting treated liked *hit for a good meal…than this is your place.’Kid-friendliness: Waitress scoffed at me when I asked if they had kid menu ootiks6
