I ordered a cheese burger with well cooked bacon. Ugh Also cold upon delivery. It tastes like grill scrapes. $22! Yeah no.actually cannot find any bacon. This is not edible. Now in the garbage. So much for dinner.

Probably dumb to get a cold sub there but the turkey sub was terrible, super expensive and the order was messed up.

I've been here several times over the last few years. It's good every time, I only dine in when I come here, the atmosphere is basic but it's usually quiet and the staff are chill and well mannered. Food it always great and ready to eat. The Mac salad specifically is nice and plain. I've tried lots of their garbage plates as they don't stick to the basic plate you imagine, great every time. A positive place. Portions are good too.

I live within walking distance so I've been here a few times. Lately the misses have overtaken the hits and I can't justify spending money here anymore.

A few nights ago I stopped in with a date before heading to a show. I ordered the Backyard BBQ Chicken Plate right off the menu. The server rang up some other plate with pulled pork and I pointed out that it should have chicken. She said there was no such plate so I pointed it out to her on the menu. She had a sort of TIL moment and we moved on to my date's order: fries and a double cheese burger with onions, hold the lettuce and tomato.

About 20 minutes later our food came to the table. I opened the foam container and saw that I had been given the pulled pork meal. My date's burger had lettuce and no onions.

I went to the counter and pointed out the mistakes. The counter person apparently had amnesia because I had to point out the existence of my order on the menu again. I watched as she gave a tongue lashing to the guy at the grill, which was funny as she was having trouble with the menu herself. I also asked for a cup of raw onions so my date could enjoy her burger.

Sadly I had to watch my date eat her food while I waited another 25 minutes for mine. When it finally came I was in for further disappointment, as what I finally received should have been called the Bean-Lovers Bonanza. It was literally 3/4 beans- I'm talking a lake of beans, with a tiny scoop of potato salad and a few chunks of chicken. To make things worse, everything was over-the-top salty; borderline inedible. I forced down a few bites and tossed the rest.

When I addressed the initial errors, I feel like something should have been offered to compensate for the experience. A coupon, a discount, a cookie, something. There seemed to be a manager type observing the whole exchange but he didn't say anything. No, I didn't demand some remediation, but should I have to? When people spend their hard earned money at a restaurant, they have baseline expectations. If those aren't met in some way, we are going to save our money and eat at home or somewhere else.

The last time we ate here we ordered sweet potato fries with sugar and received them with salt. The counter person didn't believe me when I brought them back, and I had to dare her to try them. They messed up the toppings on my date's burger this time as well.

I know a lot of people like this place and I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but this has unfortunately been our experience. Times are tight and even dining at a place like this is an extravagance when it's so much cheaper to eat at home. The service lately does not justify the expense.

I also feel I should mention that this restaurant is some kind of weird hybrid with Finger Lakes Plates. You order from the same people and the same people apparently cook it, so I'm leaving my review here.

Using my dad’s google account because I don’t have one. I just ordered a door dash. It gave me no option for sauce so I called the establishment to let them know and if I could have extra - I have no problem paying the difference. I got my order there was zero sauce and no cheese melted on there usually always is. So I called and she said there was nothing she could do for me and said “sauce is extra anyways so” which I said I definitely would have paid for. I asked if I could talk to a manager or boss and she said she was the only one there and there was nothing she could do and that was the end of the conversation. I have never had such a bad customer service experience and for that reason alone I will not be going back. I pay quite a bit of money going through door dash and shouldn’t be told I’m just out of luck sorry.

How about instead of ripping me off on a princess plate, you just scoop smaller portions into a half plate size container. Instead, you stuff my plate into a container HALF that size (for $1 difference) and couldn’t even fit all the food I actually ordered on my plate.

Love the cheese steaks and have never been disappointed but for the love of god guys go light on the horseradish. For those in the kitchen, take a spoonful and put it in your mouth so you get an idea of what too much horseradish is haha a single tablespoon is enough for a full 16 inch, 2 if the customer says they want a lot. Appreciate you clearing my sinuses though.

Grabbed lunch with the family here yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised. Lots of options - I got one of the special plates and was surprised by the portion size. Also nice location and good food for kids.

So, first off all, our order was 15 minutes late than we expected. Used DoorDash, and we got a woman named Kelly. She appears as a white woman on the app but when she came to our house she was a black woman, so fake account.

Secondly, we called her back to get our drinks and she didn’t have anything to say, she literally scoffed and hung up on us. And then, we tried to call you guys for our drink orders and you REFUSED to send someone back out here and bring our drinks that my mom PAID for.

You basically robbed us, you guys are a shitty restaurant and will never be ordering from here again. Over all rating; 1-10
