For those in the kitchen, take a spoonful and put it in your mouth so you get an idea of what too much horseradish is haha a single tablespoon is enough for a full 16 inch, 2 if the customer says they want a lot. Appreciate you clearing my sinuses though.

Grabbed lunch with the family here yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised. Lots of options - I got one of the special plates and was surprised by the portion size. Also nice location and good food for kids.

So, first off all, our order was 15 minutes late than we expected. Used DoorDash, and we got a woman named Kelly. She appears as a white woman on the app but when she came to our house she was a black woman, so fake account.
Secondly, we called her back to get our drinks and she didn’t have anything to say, she literally scoffed and hung up on us. And then, we tried to call you guys for our drink orders and you REFUSED to send someone back out here and bring our drinks that my mom PAID for.
You basically robbed us, you guys are a shitty restaurant and will never be ordering from here again. Over all rating; 1-10

Ordered takeout today around 2pm ( 2 cheesesteak combos, 1 with fries and 1 with tater tots as a side and a 1/2 Philly plate) So a pretty straightforward order. Call the store when I get back home to let them know they didn’t give us almost half of our order and they say they will make everything that had been forgotten, okay. Drive 30 minutes back to the store and was assured everything was correct and in the bag. Drive another 30 minutes back home just to see that they have yet again given me an incorrect order. Called to inform them, and just told them I was not wasting another hour of my life to come back but to make sure they knew they had yet again messed up the order. The lady taking the orders had put everything into the system correctly according to our receipt, and was kind. It seems as if the cooks either A) Don’t care or B) Cannot read and I’m truly not sure which one it is. Make sure to double check your orders in store before leaving

Grew up eating macs. Been going there for years. Over the past year, prices have sky rocketed incredibly high yet food quality has stayed the same. I understand inflation but come on. Almost $5 for a Celsius? I can go to Walmart and buy them for half the price. Menu is wayyyy to big, and has way too many options. I thought this was a Philly Cheese place, not ANOTHER garbage plate business. Seems like everyone wants ti do plates, but no other types of foods. This place needs to get their crap together ASAP.

I dont know what kind of magic youre playing. My dad died 2 days short from a year ago today. Ive never had a garbage plate before, at 32 growing up in rochester until today. I got the rodeo plate. Its been a long time since ive had my dads pulled pork but today, in your building, i found the exact flavor copy. He used to do the moose lodge barbequeing. Im home eating leftovers crying. You know I'll be back for more <3

not really any notes, only thing is the cheesesteak is a little more ground beefy than cheesetseaky, couldve used a little more cheese too, other than that well seasoned, solid prices, and the BREAD is PERFECT for a cheeseteak, the mac plate with chicken tenders also looked good I want to go back to try the mac, the guy behind the counter was very chill and patient.

I just had the BEST BLT pita of my life!! The bacon was perfectly crumbly, the lettuce and tomato pieces perfect, and it had just the right amount of mayo. The menu has so many choices and I plan to go back to try oneof the several garbage plates!
