First time here, took about 45 minutes for my husband to get his food, I was told mine was coming. (It's pretty rude to serve 1 person at a table for 2, instead of serving them at the same time). After about another 10 minutes where I watched multiple people who arrived and ordered After us receive their food, I told my husband to just go ahead and eat. My "food" arrived about 5 minutes later, prepared completely incorrectly and honestly looked like the cook had forgot my order and just shaved a little off every body else's on the grill and wrapped it in a Tortilla. The sausage burrito I ordered, came with the sausage links on the side !?!?! Instead of in the burrito? I tried to pick it up but due to the fact that it was soggy and not rolled correctly the whole thing just fell apart. Very disappointed. After we left my husband also said his food was cold and tasted weird he just didn't want to say anything because I was already dissatisfied.

I got eggs, sausage, home fries, and homemade bread. A standard breakfast, yes, but every part of it was the best version of itself. Loved every bite.

Wonderful. It was SO cute inside and very clean. The food was very tasty and fresh! They have homemade bread and homemade jam. Tasty home fries! The coffee is AMAZING. Our waitress was very nice, but was running ragged, clearing all the tables and filling everyone’s coffees and the other waitress was just shooting the breeze with customers and taking her sweet time while the other picked up her slack. It was upsetting to see. As a server myself it’s very frustrating to work with someone like that.

Everything from the kind service to the wonderful food and atmosphere was a pleasure. The prices are very reasonable as well, so if you’re from out of town, this is a great place to stop if you’re in the area!

Come to Patty's Place for the best diner food in the finger lakes! The food was top notch, the service was fast and warm, and the atmosphere was inviting! I'd post a picture of the food but I cleaned my plate before I knew what had happened ? five stars. (Recommend the home fries, which are the best I've ever had)
Came on a busy Sunday morning and we loved everything about the place. The food was great, the service was fast and friendly and the place has a great atmosphere. A lot of locals in there who were treated like family, and it carried over as we felt very much welcomed. Cinnamon French toast with sausage and homemade preserves were the highlights. Will go back for sure.

OMG!!!!! I wish I could eat here every day! We were a party of six and had to wait for 15-20 minutes for a table, but it was well worth the wait!!! Since we were a bigger party in a smaller diner, they split us between two booths next to each other which worked great. The food was incredible! You get so much bang for your buck. Six of us ate for $90 including coffees and an extra meal of the cinnamon pancakes as an "appetizer". Let’s start with the cinnamon roll pancakes. A-MA-ZING! Highly recommend these, you will not be disappointed! They have cream cheese icing drizzled on top and have a nice crispness on the bottom just like a cinnamon roll. We shared these at the table, but I could have eaten them all. We also had eggs benedict, Western omelet, Patty's Special and special that was eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy. All were delicious and would highly recommend any of them. The homefries are like nothing I've had before. They are like a skinless baked potato lightly smashed into bigger chunks and then pan fried for crispiness. There was homemade wheat toast on the Patty's Special that was delicious, and we were told the sausage was homemade also. Love all the homemade touches and that they use local ingredients!

Whatever you do, do not order for pick up. It seems to make no difference how early you order they never have it ready. Then when you come in to pick up the order, they ignore you for 20 minutes. Absolutely horrible and would not recommend.
