Very, very large slice of pizza. My husband and I ordered 2 slices and we took one whole slice home. Awesome flavor!

came in to order with a friend and as we asked for the wings flavors the what seemed to be manager cuts off the cashier taking my order and makes a snobby comment about giving us a menu in rude manner. place very nice but that one employee is a total snob

my experience was downright terrible at spilled tomato sauce on my white baseball pants the food was absolutely horrendous i would definitely go back.

Food's been pretty good when you actually get what you ordered. I usually order out every Friday night and this place screws up my order 75% of the time. I'm actually surprised Perry's hasn't burned to the ground yet considering the complete incompetence of the staff they hire. Can't wait for the new place in Victor to open because I'm not dealing with this place anymore

Service and quality in steady decline the last few weeks/months. 35 mins late after waiting 35 mins to pick up my order like they asked. It was just pizza a wings…they seem to not give any Fs that I waited so long. I got an “all set” when handed my food. Update: got home wings are cold and grossly misshapen, pizza cold and chewy. Last time Peri’s.

Regret not having considered another luncheon option. Arriving at approximately 1230 hr when one might conclude a business in operation for many years would be swimming in available product, not so much. Entered on 5/14/25 to stand in a line of folks 6 deep. One young lady attempting to take orders between answering telephone, another trying to complete orders, another employee who's tasks kept him in absent reserve... ridiculous and final visit.

Crazy Tuesday Special $14.99 for a large with a topping is a pretty good deal! I can’t tell you the last time I was at the Canandaigua location because it was pretty awful the last time I was there. Iffy pizza and rude employees. Totally different story this time around. Not sure if they got a new manager or what but not only was the pizza pretty good and much better than before but the environment was totally different in a good way.
I did order “thin” crust and it wasn’t what I would consider thin but it was fine. Cup char pepperoni and as great. Good amount of cheese. Pretty solid and the price was right. Not a fan of the small slices though. I’ll request a 8 sliced pie next time and see if they do it.

My wings weren't done on time. I had to wait 20 minutes. Two girls with very long hair were working and their hair was not even tied back. One girl leaned on the short wall where they prepare the food, and ran her fingers through her hair over the food preparation area. It was very disorganized tonight. The pizza slices were okay. The wings were good

Extra horrible customer service! 2 hours to wait for a pizza and wings. I called to inquire about where my order was and the man that answered the phone has absolutely NO customer service skills and hung up on me. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
