I wish I could give this place 10 stars. It’s was so incredible. Came from PA to stay at the lake house and this restaurant was recommended to me by a good friend and I am SO happy we visited. The atmosphere is great, the food is mouth watering, the wine is fantastic but what really pulled it together was the staff!!
I wish I could remember the waitresses name but she made it feel like we were going over a friends house for wine and tapas and she was so helpful when it came to wine selection. It was so intimate and friendly and I cannot express how fantastic this place is. If you’re in the area I HIGHLY recommend going here.
We got 6 different tapas and they just kept getting better and better! Still dreaming of everything and we just left!

It’s difficult to capture in words the pleasure of dining at Pintxo. The food, drink, atmosphere and service were all first class. Beginning with the warm greeting at the door by our server, Trish, we were immediately transported to as enjoyable a dining experience as our crew of 6 has ever experienced. We shared eight different dishes from the small but well curated menu. All offerings were delicious, with the bread, anchovies on brioche, mushroom flan and goat cheese/caramelized onion tosta among the standouts. The Basque cheesecake was a perfect closing to a wonderful meal. With all we ate and drank, and the high quality of the food and service, the final bill was quite reasonable. Thank you Pintxo for a truly memorable evening!

I have thoroughly enjoyed every wine I have had, both red and white, and the prices are very reasonable, especially at happy hour. We couldn't be happier with our recent visit to Pintxo. The atmosphere and staff are so welcoming and know so much about the different wines and food they provide. The food was incredible. We got the homemade bread and goat cheese tapas and the orange wine which was phenomenal. I am so impressed with this adorable little wine bar and I'm so happy they are here in Canandaigua! I hope they have a long successful business here! Can't wait to go back!

Service was fabulous. Beck recommended wines based on what we had in past and her suggestions were excellent (samples were offered for tasting to help decide). The tapas hit the spot and the chocolate cream brûlée was out of the world. Could not ask for a better night out.

We absolutely LOVED this spot! We knew nothing about Spanish wines and found this to be a very educational yet welcoming environment. Becca was amazing and gave us great suggestions for all three of our different wine preferences. We shared two tapas as well which were incredible. The bar was decorated beautifully and was the perfect spot for a hot summer day. Cannot recommend enough for a date, girls day, or if you're visiting the area!
place is really good, wine is fair priced and the bread is absoltuely DELICIOUS. The homemade bread is actually immaculate. Nevertheless, DONT get the tomato bread, its bland, could use some salt and garlic and it comes out unsliced which was weird for tapas, other than that place is great.

Had just arrived in town for a wedding, after a long day of traveling and stumbled across Pintxo Wine Bar, about a block away from where I was staying. What a nice little surprise! The people who work there are just wonderful! So warm and friendly that it was worth going there just for that ambiance. Great selection of wines and music! Just a gem! Hope to be back there soon! If you're ever in the Finger Lakes region of NY, make sure to stop by and enjoy! 🍷
