June 2025 Update
The pizza and staff are very good and that continued. No improvements to the interior were made; the same torn shredded carpeting is present with no upgrade.
Previous Visits 2025 and 2024 The pizza is very good and the staff are nice and friendly. The dining rooms would be much nicer if they replaced the old worn-out, torn, stained carpeting. This presents trip hazards for customers. This drags down your dining experience and makes the place look really bad. The mens room door needs a cleaning.

Absolutely outstanding experience! Even during a busy rush, the team at Pontillo's handled everything with efficiency and great service. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. There was a small mistake with our order, but they handled it like true professionals and made it right without hesitation. You can really feel the hospitality here. I’ll definitely be spreading the word and coming back soon. Highly recommended!

Ordered wings and pizza. Wings were very good, the pizza excellent !! The staff are very helpful. As for myself,in the past we have gotten pizza that was lot cheaper, yet not worth the money. We definitely will go back to Pontillo's !!!

I absolutely love coming here. Pizza is always delicious, though tonight the dough seemed a bit overworked but it was still delicious. They have a sweet little assortment of games, including currently a claw machine. The reason I leave a review today, though, is because of the amazing drawing someone did on the chalkboard. It includes characters from one of my favorite tv shows, Smiling Friends, and I thought it was really well done! The only reason I took a star off for atmosphere, but not off the full rating, is because the carpet is fairly stained. But carpet stains easily and it takes time for it to be replaced. Wonderful establishment, have been many times, will continue to go in the future ?
