Pudgie's Pizza Pasta & Subs

Ordered party pack with extra cheese. Had hardly any cheese. Gave me a line of bs about cutting the pizza. Overcharged from coupon. Said it's extra cheese because he measured it. Two teaspoons of cheese is a measurement too. Doesn't make it extra. This whole restaurant is much worse than the Watkins Glen pudgies. Canandaigua pudgies is sketchy AF. Avoid it.

Stopped here to grab a bite to eat on our way home. My daughter got the 2 slice pizza special- she said it tasted like her school pizza lol, I had a taste and it was delicious Mx the sauce wasn’t too thick, the cheese was just the right amount and the pepperonis were crispy, just the way I like them. I ordered a ham sub- it was okay, the roll was about the width of a hamburger bun so it was wide, I asked them to toast it, they don’t toast them normally I think because it wasn’t toasted too much, they put a lot of ham on, I got mayo and their oil/vinegar mix< it was surprisingly good on the sub. They could use as little work on their subs. The pizza was great tho.

I've been going to pudgies quite often. It is the best pizza. But last night was exceptional. My cousin had come over for a while. Shall we say a pajama party? We had a huge Stromboli and a great big sub. Let's just say we still have lunch and dinner for today. The taste was exceptional and the sub was just like they t used to be not some big fat piece of bread with two skinny pieces of me at .. general I just eat their pizza because the sauce is real sauce and you actually get enough cheese without having to ask for extra. I'll be ordering other things now too. They have delivery which is wonderful and the place is spotless

This was my first visit - the Sub was very good and the bread is so fresh and tasty too! The atmosphere I placed a 3 rating because of all the "Dead Animals" that have been placed around the building - it was overwhelming for a first time visit. The collection was amazing - from all over the world, but maybe not appropriate to have so many dead animals in restaurant setting. But will definitely visit again and maybe take the food with me.

Overpriced pizza and service was questionable..They charged me an extra dollar for using a debit card and the guy couldn’t even explain why..Pizza was cold after coming straight out of the heater…?? Byrne Dairy has better pizza!?…At least it’s hot..There must not be much of any kind of requirements mentally to work there. Pretty sad. These kids they hire are dumb and it’s making them look bad as a company.

Wow. First time at this location and never again. I called. Girl acted like it was her first day. We saw the max package $83 online. She said 20 mins. That should of been a big red sign. 20 mins for sheet pizza and 40 wings on a busy Saturday night?!?
We arrive and just stand there for over 5 mins as we get ignored. We did see one guy cooking, 2 guys just talking to him. One guy doing nothing. Girl get off phone and just walks away? She finally comes back. Cashes us out, our total is $100.15. what? Why's it so high? She says this is the price sheet on the wall. I show her right on their website. She says no. Have to go by the sheet on the wall. Will not give a receipt.
Decor is... Well, it's stuffed exotic animals that are full of dust. Tables dirty. Eh, I'm not eating here, we got order to go.
Get food home. What in the world?!? Half the pizza is gooey. Half is big and floofy. Like dough was over proofed? Pepperoni was scarce. I had the gooey side. It was gross.
Chicken wings, well they were gooey. Not crispy at all. So weird. No blue cheese at all. Did they just forget?
Would I recommend this location? No. Would I recommend the Goodman location in Rochester? Yes! Never had an issue in the city. I can't believe these 2 locations are owned by the same person. Really sad.

They have the best chicken wings by far in town and over all out of all the Pudgies I've been too. They are consistent and make them the way we like them everytime. All their food is delicious and good quality. You really get what you pay for. Their pasta is authentic and homemade tasting. And we love their pizza and their famous Pudgie burger! We love Canandaigua Pudgies!
