I think they've decreased the quality of their food. For instance, a breakfast sandwich used to be on a good quality hard roll and now it's on a burger bun. It was gross and soggy. If it was just a day that they were out of rolls they should have let us know, but I feel like the food is always a little more expensive than it's worth. But we love the atmosphere and the people and if we have a larger party sometimes we go here.

Used to go here all the time and loved it idk what happened. I checked the website before we went to see if it was cash only, even looked at the menu online tk then get there and see its a 4% charge on my card and no ATM so I don't have to pay u more....u should have that on ur site. We walked in and waited a half hr with more ppl behind us and crowding the door and stood there with a 1 yo looking at ateast 5 open tables and busser running around looking lost while and setting uo tables and then not use them and go do something else while every waitress looked at the crowd at the door multiple times and didnt even say hi, we'll be right with u, or sry for the wait or....anything....we were jst ignored till we got a table. They were busy but to not even get acknowledged really put a sour taste in my mouth, its not hard to say hey guys we will be with u shortly, prob would have fixed the whole experience and made me want to wait for my food. Never going back again.

Showed up at 12 to wait 30 minutes while they waited till they had 8 tables open to start seating the crowd of people you kept at the door. Just to find out your not serving lunch on Sundays along with the 4% card charge you should have displayed on your store page, so we waited for nothing.

Ray's restaurant has great service and great food! Their breakfast garbage plate is a brilliant idea and the portions are perfect. The corned beef is hand pulled and their homemade jam is delicious!
