Omelets here are the best I've had!!! The eggs are fluffy and cooked perfectly. Staff were all friendly and attentive...kept the coffee flowing. Best breakfast in Canandaigua!

The food was delicious! The portion size was huge! I took half of my lunch home! And the service was excellent! The waitress was friendly and super efficient! And she was happy to adapt my meal to make it without onions or blue cheese! And I got sweet potato fries instead of chips! The whole lunch experience was wonderful! Rays is a great place to have lunch with friends!

This is the second time my bf and I have come to this diner and unfortunately have been disappointed. We 100% understand a breakfast rush but we waited 40 mins for a cinnamon roll (that came out cold) and a coffee refill. Then waited another 15 mins (at least) for our food to come out. One plate (breakfast garbage plate) came out completely cold (except the sausage links) and my meal (veggie breakfast omelette) had random pieces of sausage? in just the middle of it. Both meals were very mediocre. The waitress ended up not charging us for our cinnamon roll bc the register???? Not sure if she forgot about us or our order but needless to say we were less than impressed and more than likely will not be returning as this isn’t a much different experience from our first visit. Staff was kind/friendly but food and wait is not worth it.
Great little place with excellent food and fun atmosphere. Music felt like I just stepped out of a Delorean into 1980. I had Erica's omelette - included some stuff I never thought of putting in an omelette, but it was great!

Popped in for breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. Took a seat at the counter. The waitress was flat out awesome. Desiree I believe was her name. I had hot coffee before I was able to settle myself in the seat. She was attentive to anything that I may need. Her great service was what made the experience so wonderful. I placed my order and in a very short time I had a beautiful plate of food in front of me. I ordered Scot's Omelette and OMG it was delicious to say the least. Compliments to the kitchen staff! Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere! Highly recommended as a great place to eat! Going back this upcoming weekend to try another menu item!
Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment has no stairs and wide entry doors. The dining room is fairly roomy and not super tight to move through.
