The food is always amazing, however whenever I put in for delivery it’s never here on time. I always have to wait over an hour or longer for my food to get here. The staff is always amazing and kind. That would be my only complaint.

Every time we order there is something is wrong.Ordered 1pizza,1 slice, 10 boneless and 10 bone in wings. Bone in were ordered crispy , they wern't even close. Both wings had hardly any sauce on them. Last time they totally forgot one of our pizza's.This place is terrible.could list more but just not worth it.👎

I love going to Salvatore's. It started years ago when our father would take us for sub night. After working at his shop when we were little. I go there now for their Calzones and subs the food is great and you can't beat their daily deals!! I can make those 2 meals last me most of the week for work or at home. I'll have to take some more pics to show everyone the food. Now I take my own son to grab food weekly. Nothing bad to say about the establishment. The staff is friendly and on the spot.

Waited 1hr with my family for subs to be made. Then was told to leave when we recieved our food at closing time.

The lovely helpful employee's decided to hang-up the phone on me multiples times because I asked for a favor, Which was to look and see if someone had turned in my wallet. But instead the kid decided to not even let me ask for said favor and because I had not instantly started ordering pizza he hung up the phone after hearing "Can you do me a favor?", on the second time picked it up and then put it immediately back down, on the third time they let it ring through. and then the fourth time they just declined it. When I showed up to confront them about my wallet, and the fact they had blatantly hung up on me for no reason the kid decides to lie straight to my face about phone problems which is obviously a lie when they had no problem with my phone call up until they knew pizza wasn't involved. I can understand being busy and rushed but don't expect any sort of customer service from this business

Placed an order for delivery, gave them my address and left a tip with my card for the driver. They never delivered the order then they called me at 9 when they closed and lied by saying oh we had you down for pickup. I repeated no I gave an address it was clearly for delivery. Their only response was "oh.." They refunded me supposedly (I still haven't seen the refund.) This was just them not wanting to make a delivery an hour before they closed.

I have been to the Canandaigua location a number of times, and this store can't seem to get things in order. I placed an order on line for a specific time, I arrived at the store and I still had to wait 20 minutes for my food, and another time I went inside and placed my order and they still had the order wrong, one out of three items was correctly made. This location is close to where I live, I will be driving the extra 20 minutes to go to other locations near me.

Wish I could give no stars. The people can’t even hear you order your food. Then they give you a lengthy wait time of 10 mins for a sub. Only to be asked several times what my order was and told it’s being worked on. Over all 25 min wait. Which puts me late back at work. Hopefully it’s a good sub because I’ve spent an entire lunch break here.

my wife and i ordered a pizza and sub Monday, we usually order 2 times a week. we placed the order online for a 6:00pm pickup like we always do. When i came home the pizza was cold when I went back i was told it didn't say delayed order and was told to bad. my question is if you had a order sit there for 2 hours wouldn't you call the customer?? instead they are willing to give up my 60 to 70 dollars every week. help today sucks

I love Salvatores pizza and they have some really good things on their menu, but honestly if you want authentic pasta please go to Pudgies. Again love Salvatores, but the alfredo sauce and pasta is so so much more better and authentic at Pudgies. I know they are competitors and they both are good restaurants, but as far as pasta definitely Pudgies!!!!

The owner needs to lose this franchise. He over works his employees, doesn't pay minimum wage like he's legally supposed too. He never gets the store order right then proceeds to buy off brand products as a replacement at the restaurant depot. Every time he "works" he just does pizza, maybe dough if he's feeling in a generous mood then sits in his car on the phone and leaves the employee he is working with alone to do literally everything else that needs to be done before dinner and then has the nerve to say he is beneficial. Yhere is no consistency with the food. No one other than me has been properly trained. He also refuses to keep up with the fire code. After a year of busting my butt in that store I was fired out of anger and then harassed! Is this how your franchises are ran???? He is NOT over worked. He is lazy and just wants someone to run his store while he frolics. The store does not have a stable staff and hasn't since the store opened in 2021! If the harassment continues I will take legal action against this store.
