My go to in Canandaigua

The last few times we have ordered their monthly special pizzas they were made wrong and we had to wait for them to remake it. Even the regular pizzas at this location are not great compared to other Salvatore’s locations.

I ordered a Linda Da Veggie Pizza that was supposed to be crispy. Well it wasn't crispy and the toppings were not distributed even what I would call close to being evenly. Very disappointed to say the least..

I recently became homeless and each week I use my Pizza Perks to get a pizza for my children and I. I sometimes buy wings or add a topping for a few dollars. This is a treat for my children. Today I stopped in, one of the employees questioned how I was able to get the points as if I control that. Not only was there quite a bit of customers in there, not only to make me embarrassed with my two year old. I also felt shame for using them when I’ve spent lots of money obviously to accumulate the points. I will NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I also tipped them the change that I had because I felt guilt prior to him coming to address me. What’s the purpose of points if we are going to be shamed for using them? This made me feel so low in a situation I try to make the best of with what I have. Also to put a smile on my children’s faces during an already difficult time. What a way to make a customer feel. Thanks.

Used to go in a few times a week for lunch. Anytime you go in between 11 and 12 , you’re lucky if there’s a single pizza in the window. And when there’s more than one it’s two different kinds of pepperoni. Extremely disappointed with this location.

We ordered two sheet pizzas for my sons birthday party. The entire half of cheese was burned on top and under. Disappointed as these were not cheap. Tried to call and couldn’t get through.

Everything I order is superb! Ameer has a great crew at this location 👊 this is my favorite stop💞

The food is always amazing, however whenever I put in for delivery it’s never here on time. I always have to wait over an hour or longer for my food to get here. The staff is always amazing and kind. That would be my only complaint.

Every time we order there is something is wrong.Ordered 1pizza,1 slice, 10 boneless and 10 bone in wings. Bone in were ordered crispy , they wern't even close. Both wings had hardly any sauce on them. Last time they totally forgot one of our pizza's.This place is terrible.could list more but just not worth it.👎

I love going to Salvatore's. It started years ago when our father would take us for sub night. After working at his shop when we were little. I go there now for their Calzones and subs the food is great and you can't beat their daily deals!! I can make those 2 meals last me most of the week for work or at home. I'll have to take some more pics to show everyone the food. Now I take my own son to grab food weekly. Nothing bad to say about the establishment. The staff is friendly and on the spot.

The lovely helpful employee's decided to hang-up the phone on me multiples times because I asked for a favor, Which was to look and see if someone had turned in my wallet. But instead the kid decided to not even let me ask for said favor and because I had not instantly started ordering pizza he hung up the phone after hearing "Can you do me a favor?", on the second time picked it up and then put it immediately back down, on the third time they let it ring through. and then the fourth time they just declined it. When I showed up to confront them about my wallet, and the fact they had blatantly hung up on me for no reason the kid decides to lie straight to my face about phone problems which is obviously a lie when they had no problem with my phone call up until they knew pizza wasn't involved. I can understand being busy and rushed but don't expect any sort of customer service from this business
