We used Scoops ice cream truck for our client appreciation event this past weekend! Sarah Genecco was so easy and responsive to work with! We do 4-5 large events every year and she made it seamless! We had to cancel last year due to rain and they were flexible enough to hold our deposit for a WHOLE YEAR. Then last minute we had to switch locations and she made everything so easy!! Maddie, our server, was so sweet and did a fantastic job! Cannot say enough about them!

You have to like a store that does one thing and that one thing really well. This is an old-fashioned ice cream store with a modern range of offerings. You are in line fast, served quickly and given way too much ice cream for the price. And when faced with the usual idiosyncratic customer need (non-dairy in this case), the staff was well-schooled and delivered. Great place all summer long.
The best ice cream options, great service by young women who earn every dime - polite, accommodating to all customers - and so much fun to be near the lake for a treat. Scoops is an absolute must for every trip we have taken over the years - a treat not to be missed!
