I really enjoyed the Apple Crisp cider. Very light and refreshing. A perfect summer beverage.
The pulled pork poutine was also a winner. And of course, great entertainment from Tom Chamberlain. I highly recommend Star Cider.
I tried this place for the first time at the same time they were celebrating 6 years in business. I loved everything. I got a couple mocktails which were a Cherry in the limelight and a Shirley temple which I learned they made their own geradine for it. For the food I was not disappointed I got a huge portion of brisket routine so delicious I tried the pulled pork tacos and their version of fried dough. The drinks and service are great but we were very disappointed with the new menu. They have scaled back the selection of food items and the prices are way too high for what you receive. We ordered a brisket sandwich. It was just a small amount of meat on a hamburger bun, nothing special and no sides. Just a sandwich for $14. Grossly overpriced!
I could have gotten a better value...
