Hmm how do I be kind here . The young lady serving is and preparing our sandwich was nothing short of RUDE. It was clear she had some personal issue going on but that should t be reflective upon customers. She was abrupt, impatient and unpleasant.
The store is VERY VERY outdated; as in last updated in 1996. Wood is bare, chair broken, glass was disgusting. The door to the kitchen prep was open and a TON of food and nonsense not to code all over the place. The cashier took it upon herself to upgrade us to to a meal; I didn't want a meal. She was annoyed when asked to revert to just a sandwich and a drink
The floors were gross. The windows and sills gross. The glass over the food gross, floors and drink station gross.
$18.00 for a sandwich and a soda??? No thanks.
Won't be going there again.

Being friendly is one thing I appreciate good customer service but when you are trying to tell me or my wife how to be that's not cool. Talking about other employees in front of customers isn't professional in anyway. It's quite rude. Meat and vegetables were warm and 1 full sub took 45 mins to make, after trying to being pure pressured into buying a bigger drink. Avoid to keep your days sanity.

Went in at about 7 older lady working was very rude and stated they had a 6 sandwich order and would be about 20 mins before she could get to me. I wanted a single 6 inch sub and as someone who works in fast food the physical customers always come first. The young boy named Owen was working super hard and the older lady was no where to be found when I came back in 20 minutes.
