If it's not to much to ask can we please start actually heating the breakfast sandwich. I go here every morning because it's on the way to work and every morning the sandwich is cold. Not fridge cold but clearly spend about .25 seconds in a heater. No other Hortons does this.

Went to get lunch there today, was never informed it would be cash only. Waited in drive thru for my order, only to be told cash only when I tried to hand them my card. Very upset about this due to the fact that I only get a 30 minute lunch break and they could have saved me time by saying cash only before I began my order. Now I didn’t get to eat lunch and I work 16 hour days. Very disappointed.

This is the worst tim hortons I've ever been to. I get coffee here a couple times a week, because it's on the way to where i need to go, and the amount of times they mess up a simple 3 cream coffee is astounding. Most of the time the coffee is insanely hot too, so I don't even find out until I get to where I'm going that it's wrong (they almost always add sugar to it for some reason), so I can't even take it back.

The staff here are so kind and welcoming. I enjoy the friendly greetings and banter I get, even in the drive thru. The donuts and coffee is always fresh.

The staff needs training on how to properly make, present, and send out the food ordered. Half of this wrap is completely empty. Ive let it go like 4 weeks in a row hoping something will change. Also sleeves should automatically be put on hot cups, What are you saving the sleeves for ? Its to protect your customer from burning their hands and suing your company. The people are friendly dont get me wrong which is why I keep coming back. But food prep, and making food needs serious attention to training.

I love Tim Hortons. However, I consistently have issues with this location specifically. 9 out of 10 times there is an issue with my order. Its rarely correct, and I never order more than 3 items, so it’s very frustrating. For example, yesterday I ordered just a turkey ciabatta sandwich with ONLY the turkey, cheese, and lettuce. I repeated and confirmed my order twice. After waiting in drive thru line for at least 15 minutes, I finally got the sandwich (assuming it would be correct since I confirmed twice so I didn’t check it). Since I was in line longer than expected I had to rush to work, then I got to work and realized the sandwich was completely smothered with mayo, tomato and bacon. This is just one example from my multiple bad experiences. Such a bummer :(
