This Tim Hortons is awful!! I ordered my meal and everything was fine with that. I was told my total was $10.95. Okay cool. Then, I drive to the pick up window and waited for a while. Finally, Sally, who seemed to be the manager, opened the window and told me $11 and some change… I was told a different total, I paid the total that Sally told me and was frustrated about it. Sally was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant and said “well, she didn’t charge you for the whip cream.” Then I was trying to tell Sally that it was frustrating to be told two different totals. SHE IGNORED ME!! She had no eye contact during the whole interaction and she was on a phone!!! If she is a manager this is not how managers should be treating customers, especially with a frustration. At the very least she should be a team member. This is appalling and unacceptable! I am a manager and I would have just given the guest the whip cream, especially since the guest was already told a total. There is food variance for that specific reason. Thank you. I won’t come back because of Sally.

Dropping rating from 4 to 3 stars. Coffee and baked goods are still okay. Seems like every other breakfast sandwich I get has egg shells cooked in to it. I wouldn't mind waiting a minute longer for them to crack an egg and cook it properly without shells being in there. Its not that hard. I'm not impressed with how fast they can give me my food if I'm just going to be disappointed eating it.

Took 5-7 minutes to get served at counter inside. Not even an acknowledgment. No signs saying next register or anything. At least 8 people working. All I wanted was a small dark roast coffee. I waited till someone came (I figured out which register to go to).
I am a major Tim Hortons fan, they have the coffee I love. Unfortunately this location needs to get its act together. Went to the drive up. Yes there were cars in line. But it was the slowest line I’ve ever seen. Sat 5+ minutes at a time without moving. No clue what the holdups were but they need to figure it out and fix it. I would have parked and gone inside but the setup with the parking lot prevented it. With the cars in line those parked were blocked in.

I wouldn't normally review a fast food chain because my expectations are low and get lower with every subsequent experience.However, l've had two experiences at this Tim Horton's that make me think something special and worth reviewing is happening there.On one visit, my son didn't know the name of the donut he wanted, so he described what he wanted. The person helping us said that they didn't have what he was describing but she would make it for him. Sure enough, he was handed a fresh donut matching his description precisely. I was really surprised that they would go beyond just saying "Sorry, we don't have that" to concoct a custom donut.More recently, I went through the drive through and had a pretty normal experience, but the woman at the window was just so friendly that I felt it was worth remarking upon. I feel like most places you get an "I don't want to be here and I don't want you to be here" feeling at the drive through. It was really refreshing to be greeted with a smile.
Whoever the new manager is at the booth street location is… they’re rude, pushy and disrespectful to the employees every time I’ve gone through the drive through the last few months. I never had an issue with my orders before, or with the service but this guy needs to go. Twice I’ve been rushed through without getting my full order and had to walk back up, another my drink and food was made incorrectly. Stop worrying about your drive-thru times and start worrying about your employees and order accuracy.

Disgusting… GREEN eggs, sausage/bacon UNDERCOOKED.How can Tim Hortons, a breakfast franchise fail so miserably? Seriously, who would eat this? My dogs enjoyed it.I tried this location 2yrs ago, this was worse than last time.
