My husband took me for dinner and ice cream this afternoon after a few errands. I was not able to enter the restaurant, as I have a badly broken foot and I rested in the car. My husband brought out a beautifully made sundae for me!! I would have gone inside and thanked the server, but I just needed to rest. Normally we love Tom Walhs and it is one of my daughters favorite restaurants to go to. We couldn't go this evening so we thought we would try out the delivery service. Once the food was delivered it was cold and we were missing some of our order. I then called in which I was told that I couldn't be refunded or brought the rest of my food, that I could only be credited the meal for a future date.
