The bacon double cheeseburger meal, was hot, French fries Hot out of the oil, the best way to have them. I love being able to taste the meat.

The breakfast was gross. Sausage and eggs were both cold, cheese just slapped on there, cold, English muffins were hard as a rock and cold, though they had obviously been toasted at some point in the past. On top of that they got my order wrong.

I placed an order through the drive-thru, and when I received my food, it was cold. Before my order was handed over, I observed an employee at the window handling items in the cooler while seemingly confirming my vehicle’s position in line. Regardless of intent, this came across as unprofessional and concerning — especially for a local business that relies on community trust. Additionally, the kitchen area appeared cluttered, with boxes scattered around. This presents a clear safety and fire hazard that should be addressed and properly organized.

This location in canandaigua is disgusting! Dirty rug, Sticky tables, sticky floor, smells, wallpaper is peeling off, crumbs and garbage on the floor! Luckily the employees are friendly and food comes out fairly quick but not all the time. I really don't go to this location often. But when I do it's in hopes that it's clean.

I don’t normally share my experience at chain restaurants but I had to share this. Coming off a long few days of my own life I decided to go get myself a small treat! Matthew at the drive through was extremely kind and generous, when I told him I thought I had ordered a large drink he immediately offered to change it to a large for me! He was very kind and even topped off my small frosty to make sure I got the best bang for my buck. His kindness made my night!

2 days in a row i have had terrible service at the walk up. They will take a order then soend 5 to 10 minutes filling call in orders(door dash). Take another order and go back to door dash orders. This is BS. I walked out after waiting in a short line for 10 minutes
