I stopped in there for lunch on 2/7/24 and as busy as it was, it was refreshing to see the crew all working together and courteous to the customers. I would say to some of the negative reviews on here, if you think it’s bad at Wendy’s take a trip down to Burger King.

I'm an Uber driver so I don't get to go home thru the day cause I'm working I stopped at Wendy's all I wanted was a water because I'm a diabetic I don't like to eat there because of my sugar once in a while I buy Fry's the way the drive thru workers treated me was very unprofessional I asked for a large ice water the told me because I'm not buying anything they would only give the small cup that's not even what I had asked for and they were very disrespectful and rude the way they talked to me I don't recommend it they always are disrespectful. I went to McDonald's and they gave me a large ice water with no problems

We love Wendy's. It's one of our favorite Fast Food Restaurants. Everything is always perfect every time. We have gone here for years and the high quality is consistent wherever you eat. We love the many healthy options as well. And who doesn't love the Frosties ...for real!! You have to go to Wendy's..over and over again! ?

They don't understand what it means when you get coupons in the mail and it offers you a free soft drink with any purchases it means just that. I'm from New Jersey and never had a problem. I used a coupon to purchase a buy one get one for a dollar sandwich and gave the cashier a free medium fries with any purchases coupon and I was denied. Never will I come back to this establishment. Given ice cold food and frosty didn't e en taste good. You don't know if someone's gonna take your order or not. Look back after get order and a worker is putting cheese on burgers with no gloves.
