Purchase a Halloween bucket at the store located at the intersection of Route 13 and Route 31. The lid did not attach to the bucket. Went to the store in Canastota by the Thruway and they were able to get me a usable pail with a lid that state attached. So for $15 you need to do better Dunkin' Donuts!!!!

I don't know what was going on there but I think they only had one person working cuz the drive through had about 4 cars and we sat in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes that's crazy the dude in front of me shut his car off cuz he was waiting so long

i get coffee here on my way to work in the morning nearly everyday. got a coffee today and it took 10 minutes to get one coffee, didn’t add the caramel i paid for and my coffee tasted mostly like cream which i didn’t ask for. usually it’s good but some of the new morning staff is lacking

Stopped in to get some hot coffee & wake up wraps, they have everyone use a kiosk now and (call me an old man, I'm in my late 20s) but it was an overly sterile experience and the kiosk is not very intuitive to use.
