“Our first visit tonight, we were greeted by the most kindest women. She was so knowledgeable and told us all her specials and recommendations. We had the best soup and meal. Very tasty. We then went to the bar and met John, we were able to sit on the deck with a perfect view and our greeter(John’s wife)came out and talked to us several times made us feel right at home. Very comfortable setting amazing view and food. If you have not stopped at this amazing gem you need to.”

“A little bit on the expensive side but the food is well worth it. Food is cooked to perfection and the portions are actually pretty decent size. Staff were very friendly both over the phone and in person. When I arrived for my pick up order, there were people inside that seemed to be having a great time. “Decided to stop here while driving between Boston and Toronto. It was just off the hwy and had great reviews. What a little gem. It’s a convenience store with a food counter. They have a ton of imported snacks and candy toys.

We ordered lunch, had a nice chat with the guy behind the counter, my husband found some random candy he has been looking for months for and some other snacks. We were in and out in 15 minutes.

The “special” burrito was delicious, chicken gyro was a little greasy, and the kids devoured the nuggets.

No seating, no bathrooms, convenience store setting.”

“I ordered on the goal my order was available when I walked in I sent down, I ordered a new item a Ham and Swiss cheese stuffed croisnt.... It was very good however it could have been just a little warmer. I also had coffee which is your typical Dunkin Donuts coffee that was good also hot like it should be..... The interior of the store was neat and clean note issues at all finding a clean tables to sit in..... Young lady behind the counter was very very friendly..... No food pics this time....

Parking: Plenty of parking it was plowed no big issues getting in or out most of the ice and snow was taking care of.....”

“We love the Brew Haus!!! The outdoor entertainment is what brings us there most of the time. The food is very good but I will agree with some of the negative reviewers that said their meal was overbearing salty. It’s happened to us several times. Regardless, it’s great to have an establishment like this close to home.”

“We were staying at The Haven in Chittenango, called a number of places for a delivery, no one would deliver. Finally called Hometown Pizza a half hour before they closed, not only did they delivery, they were fast, the food was amazing, and all employees I spoke with were friendly and polite. Thank you Nicole, and the entire crew.”

“So I come in on a regular basis, the other day I had an issue and one of the employees went to grab their general and assistant manager that I asked to speak too to resolve this issue. One of the employees made my drink wrong and come to find out it was the assistant manager her name was Erica. She went to grab her manager who was one of the most rude people I’ve ever met. He didn’t handle the problem well at all, he was disrespectful and the other customers were noticing how not well managed this place was. I asked for a refund which he gave me but never offered to remake my drink. One of the employees, Ashley I believe her name was, came up to me and offered to remake my drink and apologized for the attitude she saw me having to deal with from her higher up management.

All in all I’m making this review to make it known that not everyone makes a good manager!! I’m extremely thankful for the respect and time Ashley gave me and her sincerity towards me.”

“Sean took my order and it was absolutely MY pleasure. He was fast, knowledgable, kind, and accommodating. I accidentally spilled my drink on the counter and asked for napkins to clean it up. He refused and insisted to clean it up himself. Anyone who goes to Chick-Fil-A at this location when he is working will be delighted. I wish the world had more young workers like the staff at this stop.”

“I have eaten there a lot and everything is very great. Today I got the Buffalo chicken sub, and I was disappointed. It needed more sauce, too much cheese and too little chicken. Worst thing is I told a friend to get it and I got the steak which was awesome.”

“Personally I haven’t ordered any regular coffee, but their flavored coffee is the best I’ve had. Ordered a Banana Bread Latte today and they got the flavor just right! I’ve ordered the same drink from other coffee shops and this tops them all. Additionally, their donuts are also super fresh tasting and deserve some praise! However, it is a little more expensive than I like to pay but it’s a good treat!”
