“Personally I haven’t ordered any regular coffee, but their flavored coffee is the best I’ve had. Ordered a Banana Bread Latte today and they got the flavor just right! I’ve ordered the same drink from other coffee shops and this tops them all. Additionally, their donuts are also super fresh tasting and deserve some praise! However, it is a little more expensive than I like to pay but it’s a good treat!”

“I have eaten there a lot and everything is very great. Today I got the Buffalo chicken sub, and I was disappointed. It needed more sauce, too much cheese and too little chicken. Worst thing is I told a friend to get it and I got the steak which was awesome.”

“Went to Lakeport Inn for their haddock dinner. Hubby and I shared and we still could not eat it all. The baked beans are outstanding, haddock was perfectly fried and the onion rings were abundant and done to perfection. Our server - Tara - was on point with all she had going on as they had just been slammed with customers and she was doing it all with a smile and good attitude. Not fancy by any means but you will leave feeling like they will know your name next time you stop in.”

“I recently had a great dinner at Ruby Begonia’s! Knowing this was mainly “Southern style” cooking and having to stick to a gluten free diet, I was assuming I would be very limited with meal options. I was very wrong! Our waitress and the chef were very willing to work with me to be sure I was safely eating gluten free. I had salmon( a nicely cooked, generous filet) with mashed potatoes and wilted greens. I was able to have the seafood sauce with it as the chef used gf thickener( xantham gum or cornstarch). Everything was “made to order”. I was very pleased and can’t wait to return to try more options. Also, the bartender that evening made me a creative, yummy “mocktail”. Fun night out!”

“Very good ice cream and service! We were headed home on our 2 hr drive back after a long day of hiking. It was hot, and ice cream sounded SO good! The girls were fantastic! We didn't realize that technically they closed about 10 minutes ago, but we were served. They were really good at trying out a cherry flurry for us that they hadn't made before. Came out perfectly! Best part....free pup cup for my doggo! This place will be revisited!”

“I hosted a 70th birthday party for my parents here and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The venue is outstanding and Melinda is just fantastic to work with. Our guests are still raving about this party and how wonderful both the location and the service that the staff provided. Highly recommend The Ridge!!!”

“Last night me and my girlfriend were trying to eat at a restaurant in town but that basically fell through so seeing New China King was still open we decides to order from there. We had walked into town and ive ordered many times from here before so i knew there’d be a small wait for the food. Foolish as i was i didn’t realize they close at 9pm and i had ordered at like 8:30 pm. Well a long walk around town later we realized all too late it was well past close by the time got to the restaurant. Thankfully though the employee closing waited a whole 23 minutes after close just to give us our food. Im very appreciative of this service going above and beyond for the customer. Thanks again!”

“The service is fine and the building is clean. They never seem to have enough chips out and their oven never heats up the sandwiches enough. But the ingredients seem fresh and that's all that really matters. I do wish they had more indoor seating and more parking, but it's a small place.”

“OMG. One of my fav coffee places in Central NY. Outside of Italy, this place has the next best coffee (no joke) in CNY. Well, OK, maybe Recess coffee is up there, too. Great place to gather w/ friends or just enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere. Lite menu offers good food choices, too. Staff is amazing. You MUST check out this hidden gem.”

“Great bar and restaurant for lunch and dinner in the area. When I was unsure what to order drink wise I was given the option and of a tasting based upon what I liked which was fantastic. I ordered the Miami Cuban and the food was excellent and worked well with having the bar next door. Left full and happy, all for maybe 30 bucks. I would recommend this spot for a hang out spot among friends or family.”

“A wonderful place for a celebration with young children and their siblings. The ample space is a great advantage for energetic youngsters. Having a variety of arcade games available offers entertainment for a wide range of ages. This combination of features appears to cater well to a lively and engaging party atmosphere. It is lovely that you found a venue that could accommodate different age groups so successfully.”

“We had Prevos Diner cater our card league banquet, they outdid themselves! They provided delicious, hot trays of pasta, and a beautiful and fresh antipasto. Will certainly use them again!”

“We had lunch at 64a on Sunday afternoon and were very happy with our meal. The server greeted us and drinks were delivered quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to find they are serious about food allergies and I was able to eat the fries as they have a separate fryer (seafood allergy) Not all restaurants do. We will definitely be back and enjoy another meal soon . (DMV) 😉”
