This is the second time I have been here and it has been a horrible experience. I told the person I was with not to come here. We placed our order, there was no one else in the line. We drove up to pay. The young woman was in the both at the far end looking at something not paying any attention. We waited and waited. By this time more and more traffic was piling up. We did not know if they were taking the money there or not. he just ignored us. So we drove to the next window....read full review
Absolute worst mcdonald's franchise ever. Ordered food through mobile app all of the time. And when I show up fifteen minutes later, it's never ready. Store is also absolutely filthy.
We just stopped for lunch. I'm not sure if just short staffed or off day, but it was hectic in there. Our chicken was tough and rubbery which makes me worried about being undercooked. Couldn't eat it. The front counter person was dismissive. The place was out of basic items (coke, ranch, medium cups, toilet paper etc) Will not be stopping back to this one on our travels.

McDonald's at exit 13 off the thruway offers a good, solid experience. The 1/4 pounder deluxe meal tasted good with hot fries. The store is clean, with a well-kept outside area. Employees are friendly and work well together. Conveniently located near the 90 highway, it's a quiet spot with parking for tractor-trailers. The app works smoothly, making it a great stop for a quick 30-minute break.
Recently, a bus full of kids stopped at this McDonald's after a missed food delivery. They ordered 36 five dollar meals last minute, and the staff managed to serve them quickly while still attending to other customers. Another guest appreciated the generosity of an employee who paid for their sundae, despite insisting on contributing five dollars. However, there was some disappointment with a breakfast sandwich order, where a bagel steak, egg, and cheese was swapped for a bagel with bacon, which was described as very hard.
