“Excellent when girls are on. Tonight’s crew didn’t know what they were doing! This is my Rueben had no Swiss cheese or sauerkraut . I told them and they made me another Rueben at least it was toasted but still didn’t have cheese or sauerkraut! Also curly fries tasted like cooked in burnt oil. Yuck to this experience.“
“At a rest stop on I90, the NY Thruway. The only downside was the rest stop atmosphere, which is completely unlike the usual place. The atmosphere also means the employees cannot bring your food to your table, as they so cheerfully do in the stand alone restaurants. It means customers have to wait in line for their orders, creating a mob that blocked one end of the queue to the register to order.“
“Always a 50/50 chance of them messing up your food here really bad or straight up not giving you half your order... but when it does come out right it's pretty good and I enjoy it and like the look of this tacobell.P.S. this is a pic of the burrito I ordered this week with no sour cream... and it came out with half sour cream lmaoVegetarian options: They put chicken in my veggie burrito once last month so make sure to check it before eating. “I’m not sure what the bad reviews are really about, but they did deter me for a bit from going to this location as well as how small the outside is… despite that we decided to give it a try. Walked into a clean facility, everything in the dining room was kept up and though it’s small there’s some room to eat if you wanted. Employees were friendly and we were immediately greeted with a smile by Andrew! He didn’t speed through or go super slow making the subs, but took the time to make them just right. Everything I could see behind the counter was nicely kept and clean. There were complaints of how they charge for their food, but we did not have any issues. Sandwiches were well put together, fresh and delicious. We will stop again.“
“There is only one girl here making 20*++++ orders for 5 hours!!!! This company needs to give her a raise and the owner needs to do better. Three people on shift two full one pt and maybe there would be coverage!! Smh do better. She was awesome. Should never be alone smh give her a raise!!!!!“
“Hate when fillings r all put in one area of item u order. We got crunch wraps & they were very skimpy on sour cream. Then if u ask 4 xtra u have 2 pay more. U can get other condiments 4 free why not sour cream?? Also the crunchy taco inside wasnt crunchy! This has happened on past few orders like this. May start going 2 another fast food 4 meals if this continues.Parking: Plenty of spaces.“
“The staff are friendly; courteous helpful. There busy most of the time . Breakfast there is alot . Lunch and dinner so much to have , burgers , fish , chicken; salad , and unlike another place you can order lunch at breakfast no set time to get lunch . Good coffe .“
“I have never had a bad experience here and been in this area for 20yrs. Today though the staff went out and beyond to help me. I brought my 2.5yr old inside for the first time. We have slowly been exposing him to the world(covid baby). He was alittle over whelmed. We had one employee approach him with a toy another offer a cup of whip cream and cherries. Another employee playing with him while we waited and talked to him to help calm him down. When the food was done which was so fast, we had our food carried to the table and set up for us. Thank you for helping and going out and beyond everyone that worked today! Truly appreciated.“
