I went there with my husband and oldest daughter taking her back home after a 2 week visitation with her daughter, service was totally horrible!! placed our order and paid for it, kid asked us to pull up and our food would be right out, so we did, we sat there waiting a full half hour and no order, went in and spoke to the manger, who was a total BITCH !!!! she asked us what we ordered ,i said the kid had our receipt, she claimed he did not have it, after 10 minutes of arguing with the bitch, i got some of my money back!!! that place is so disgusting and disrespectful to it's customers it is not worth visiting or spending your hard earned money there!!! Took our daughter back home and dropped her off , stopped by Speedway in Syracuse and had the best cheeseburger we have ever had !!!

Good, solid McDonald's location. App worked, food was hot, and they have parking for about 4 tractor-trailers. Catty corner from the thruway so very convenient for a 30 minute break, truckers!Parking: Room for a handful of tractor-trailers if parked correctly.
This location is hit or miss for acceptable times and service. They are getting better, but expect to wait a little longer than you're used to. Overall not bad, but not convenient if you're in a rush.

Restaurant staff in the food prep and serving area are very hard-working people and very pleasant. Food is served very quickly and efficiently on most visits.My one issue is that the men's bathroom is very unclean and has been during multiple visits. I'm now wondering if that very inadequate cleaning follows through to the food prep area that the customers can't see? Attached are photos that are not only representative of my last visit but throughout the last few months. The trash can has perpetually looked like this photo, and the sink has as well. It's not very appealing. The management and/or owner needs to get a handle on this issue and maybe replace the sink. If it is so old that it can't be cleaned properly, maybe it's time to spend a couple hundred dollars. I have not been in any McDonald's bathroom anywhere that is consistently as unclean as this one is.
