ordered McFlurry and ice cream fell outside of the cup and he scooped it up with his barehand and put it back in the cup like seriously you didn't even have gloves on just let the ice cream go and fill back up... doing the fries with barehands... no change at all only card. Started my ice cream order but couldn't even finish it then asks can I help you like yeah make my ice cream 🤦 definitely a waste of my time.
Canastota McDonald’s is the biggest waste of anyone’s time and money. Unless you love waiting 20-30 minutes for cold food and the wrong order, go the extra 5 mins to the one in onieda. My last 3 experiences at canastota McDonalds have been waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to have cold food and not everything I ordered. I will not return again. I suggest you find new management or close the place down. The one 5 minutes away is perfect.
Went here the morning of Sunday August 20th. The line took over 20 minutes. When we got to the window the woman made no apology. When she handed us the diet coke, THE ONLY THING WE ORDERED, it wasn't even full! My husband questioned it and said that after waiting that long the least he could expect was a full drink. However, there was some disappointment with a breakfast sandwich order, where a bagel steak, egg, and cheese was swapped for a bagel with bacon, which was described as very hard.
