ordered McFlurry and ice cream fell outside of the cup and he scooped it up with his barehand and put it back in the cup like seriously you didn't even have gloves on just let the ice cream go and fill back up... doing the fries with barehands... no change at all only card. Started my ice cream order but couldn't even finish it then asks can I help you like yeah make my ice cream š¤¦ definitely a waste of my time.

Terrible absolutely awful service and itās been like this for monthsā¦ I pull up at around 10pm and all I want is a cheese burger, fry and sweet tea, the lady takes my order and then says while sluring her word as if sheās under the influence of something, āoh um im sorry our systems just went down, theres another one (McDonalds) in Oneida if you drive there.ā I didnāt even know how to respond and took off, thatās how baffled I was and this isnāt the first time Iāve had a problem with this employee eitherā¦ This establishment used to be one of the best McDonaldās in the area, since its off the throughway you could always expect everything fresh and warm but now itās the complete opposite.

The inside of this particular restaurant is always dirty. Service is very slow. No organization. Waited 30 minutes for food to dine in as they concentrated on drive thru customers. The only good thing I can say is when we got our food it was decently fresh.

Took at least 15 minutes in line, I suspect more. Literally got out of my car, got my dog's food out of the trunk, and fed the dog while waiting in line. My order was wrong but I couldn't tell because of all of the cars backed up, when I placed my order I couldn't see the board. The people working seemed nice, but there didn't seem to be enough of them.
