Prevos has food that tastes great. I have never had a bad meal here. It’s located in front of the Little League Field in Canastota. There is a lot of parking here. Service is quick and friendly!

Excellent! First time here. Nice original diner. I got a burger and my wife got the turkey sandwich. Both were absolutely perfect! Really delicious.

After a matinee at the Oneida Theatre, we needed dinner and a google search led us to try Prevo's. According to google, we would be there at their busiest time and to expect a 15 minute wait.
We pulled into the large car park which was pretty full. The restaurant is the iconic diner style, which we love. They have some booths at the front of the buildings and tables in the back.
When we walked in, we spotted some friends we haven't seen in a long time but as their dinner was being served, we chatted very briefly but long enough for them to recommend the shrimp corn chowder, which is apparently a Friday special.
We waited about 10 minutes or so - i didn't time it - and saw the server wipe the chicken and biscuits special off the board. It was getting toward their closing time of 8pm.
The husband was especially hungry and he ordered the soup. He chowed a bowl of it and said it was really good so we were glad of the suggestion. He also got the fish dinner and i ordered the mushroom-Swiss burger along with a side of onion rings. All were piping hot and tasty. No dessert was offered but that was ok, i don't need it anyways.
Overall, Prevo's is a good diner option, and we'll definitely be back.

We had Prevos Diner cater our card league banquet, they outdid themselves! They provided delicious, hot trays of pasta, and a beautiful and fresh antipasto. Will certainly use them again!
