So I come in on a regular basis, the other day I had an issue and one of the employees went to grab their general and assistant manager that I asked to speak too to resolve this issue. One of the employees made my drink wrong and come to find out it was the assistant manager her name was Erica. She went to grab her manager who was one of the most rude people I’ve ever met. The 2 stars for atmosphere was because of the atrocious design of the building itself and the placement of Starbucks within. Its extremely uncomfortable, like standing in a busy hallway. There was no thought put in by the architect that people need a spot to wait for their coffee, as Starbucks drinks take some time to make. Awesome staff and great service for a busy location. I'd also like to apologize for the awful human that yelled at the employees for his hot chai latte not being extra hot. His drink order was ready and called and he was too busy on his phone for five minutes to bother picking it up when it was "extra" hot. He needs some lessons in manners. Everyone is doing great behind the counter. Thank you!
