Terrible service!!!! We showed up just after 5pm on friday evening. Family of 5, with 3 small kids. Waitress took our order and brought us drinks. We then waited over 45 mins for them to bring 4 of the 5 meals we ordered. Waitress whisked away, didn't come back for over 10 minutes. FINALLY came back to say the 5th meal would be another 35-45 mins!!!! I said this is totally unacceptable, how is it that much longer of a wait? Her explanation was " online orders came in". WHAT?! I said we have been here for over an hour, that makes zero sense. At this point we were all about done eating, so we just canceled the 5th meal. The Waitress also never came back to the table for drink refills or anything. We also had to track someone down to get a carry box and our check after waiting another 20 mins! Spent $100 there!! This is not the first time we have had terrible service. They have lost our business.

I have tried to order takeout from here a few times and they never answer the phone. Then after driving there to place an order, I found the staff ignoring the ringing phone while laughing and joking while also ignoring the two other customers trying to place an order. I am never going back and I would never recomend this place to anyone.

Horrible. Have tried here a few times after swearing we wouldn't because of poor quality food. Got pizza a few weeks ago with wings, got there to pick it up and they never made our pizza. Was told we'd get a gift card for cost of pizza ($25). Was given a gift card but no receipt for it or total on card when pizza was finally done which wouldn't recommend the chicken on pizza it was tough. Went to use the gift card last night for fish dinners and a kids tender meal confirmed it came with tarter sauce was told yes. Was told an hour for it to be ready, waited for the pick up time and went to get it. Gift card was for ten dollars not even half the cost of pizza, the food had definitely been sitting for a while and there was no tarter sauce. We live two minutes away so it wasn't a long drive. The person working there said someone would call us with in fifteen minutes about the gift card error. No one called. Done even giving them a shot. If it's not one thing it's another.
So far so good! I wouldn't have known this place existed if I hadn't moved to town. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Very rustic and country in a good way. It looks like the establishment is very popular with bikers and particularly on bike night. A wonderful cat seems to live outside nearby. It's extremely friendly and talkative. I'd go just for the cat!
