Best deli, fast service, good hot, delicious food. Pastrami on seedless rye, pickles and coleslaw. The best! Even the mushroom barley...terrific!!!

Ben's is never disappointing! The best pastrami sandwiches with all the trimmings. Don't forget the potato pancakes or fries. The chicken in a po is just yummy! And for something new, try the Tuesday Taco's. Wonderful, friendly staff. Have a great time.

Ordered the Deli Double. Double means two. The photo shows two sandwiches. The description says two sandwiches on rolls. I received only one sandwich. Told Ben's staff. They said it is correct that I received only one (1) sandwich in the Deli Double. They require a bread selection but fail to offer rolls under the choices. Following their policy of Blame The Customer, Ben's said it was my fault I received only one sandwich in the Deli Double because I selected one of the required bread choices, which did NOT include rolls. Selecting one of the breads they offer means it goes from two sandwiches to one? They refused to make the sandwiches according to the photo or description. What a miserable experience and rip off. What I got looks nothing like the picture and it doesn’t meet the description of the item. Scammers.

I ordered chicken fingers (delivery). I'm sorry I did. They were clearly not fresh, but made from frozen. They were rubbery, hard and flavorless. Seriously? If I wanted this quality, I could go to the frozen food section of the supermarket & reheat it myself. They were awful.

Wish I discovered Ben’s earlier. The food is so so yummy. Let’s start off with their amazing starters. The pickles ? are so delicious especially the mild ones just gently tucked into their seasonings. The Cole-slaw is my favorite and the best I’ve ever had in my life. The pastrami with is so moist and fantastic as is the turkey sandwich with pastrami. Everything was fantastic. Service was very good. The older kinder gentleman was so nice and refreshed our table constantly and drinks as well. I cannot wait to try their other dishes.

Overpriced and underwhelming, let me explain. My friend and I sat down for lunch and the prices were outrageous. $22 for a panini sandwich? Those are city prices. Anyways I got a soup + salad combo which was $17. I got the chicken with rice soup with was just basic chicken broth and white rice, no chicken or veggies, very disappointing. I couldn’t even eat the salad due to all the rotten pieces of lettuce thrown within. Although the presentation was nice, the quality was very poor for the price they were asking. Most of the delicious restaurants at Roosevelt Field are much better in quality and either same price or cheaper.

Ordered a plant based Ruben and I’m 100% sure they gave me a regular Ruben. So upset we even took a bite.

My family and I have been going to Ben's for over 10 years. Needless to say this is probably the best kosher establishment on Long Island. Not only is it great for dine-in but it's also great for takeout. Getting their half chicken with gravy and egg barley is their best menu item. They also deliver well on their Matzo Ball Soup, especially on a cold winter day. Also they have very friendly staff and widely available seating. Five stars for quality of service and food.
