I get asked all the time from pharmaceutical reps where the best places to order from are. I’ll add you guys to my list.

We have been coming for a few years. The food in general is good.My husband Loves the Romanian steak. Today was a big disappointment with the manager(tall guy). It’s like he is there just to do his job and not care about customer service. First, my daughter was drinking a glass of water when she was almost finished we realized the gala was cracked all the way down He was passing by so I called him and pointed it out. He didn’t even apologize. Just passed the glass to a waitress. Then we received steaks (we ordered two)and the knives were dull. We mentioned it to him and he just looked at us. Asking what we wanted him to do. He was so unfriendly and obviously didn’t care. Then when I went to pay,that was a disaster, he took my receipt and I asked him if he can add my number so I get points. He went into a whole attitude towards me. I want to be clear I don’t expect anything from him except to provide the service that I am paying for. I don’t need attitude especially from a manger. When I turned away another lady came to me to tell me that he is always so rude and she has complained about him several times. When I was outside explaining what happens to my mom another couple also came to tell me the same. It is so disappointing and come from far away to eat there and honestly, I won’t be returning. I don’t need to go to a place risking the chance that I will be treated like crap.

NOT THE SAME QUALITY..!! Always loved this food Shopped here for decades – they changed employees. Bad service The Spanish servers stand behind glass and never speak to me when I ask them about the food They make you pay first – ITS GONE DOWNHILL fast. The chopped chicken liver was $25 a pound – not worth it anymore .!!!! It tastes like it’s a mixed with water

We used to love Bens Deli. For the past few years we keep coming back hoping for better quality and fresh food. The tables and floors are always (when we have gone) are dirty and sticky. It's a shame.

Not cheap but slaps Everytime. Roast beef, pastrami sandwich, crinkle cut fries, brown sauce and Dr browns soda.

My family & I have been coming here for years!
Solid & consistently good.
I love the chicken noodle soup, hot dogs & pastrami on rye.
The 7 layer cake is very good as well.
Im a big fan of the square kanishes - with a touch of mustard!
There is plenty of parking & the location is ADA compliant- so, come one, come all & enjoy!

Service horrible. Waiter ignored us, never checked on us, another waiter brought us a doggie bag and our tap. My husband insisted on leaving a tip, i would not. Food was bland and tasteless. Will go back to Maryland still craving a NY deli sandwich. Would not recommend.
