On my last visit here I had a very bad experience with the person who was in charge of taking orders. When I was placing my orders, I asked the gentleman if it was possible, not to mix my mashed potatoes with my chicken pieces, you flatly refused and stated that he cannot do that. After I received my orders, I asked for an extra paper plate, again he flatly refused and said they do not give out extra plates. Fortunately few minutes later he was gone and I asked the young lady...

Jumped in line with 5 people ahead of me and waited 10 minutes to place order.
Gave my name and stood around for 20 minutes till food was ready.
The grilled 1/4 chicken has decent flavors. The side dishes were on the small side. I did not cycle today and still felt hungry after this meal.

Maybe different locations or maybes it’s been that long but the portion is awfully small. Flavor is still there but for more money now we get served less? Chipotle got called out for it. This is upsetting won’t be coming here unless it’s fixed.
