Called to see if they had a bunny ice cream cake for Easter. The guy said yes. I asked him to hold one for me and he said it's ok. I drove 20 mins to get there and he says they don't have it...but they had some yesterday.. . Bad customer service.

I found this to be an excellent Dunk. Lovely lighting and atmosphere plus the staff was helpful and had a wide ranging knowledge of Dunkins products and history. After ordering, I sat in the sunny couch lounge space and read a chapter of Gogol. 10/10

Absolutely terrible service. I usually purchase an ice cream cake once or every two months. NOT ANYMORE. Always a service issue at this location. Long wait to cashier not knowing how to use the cash register properly. The latest 2 weeks ago was the best yet. A cake for Halloween was marked $34.99. It was handwritten and digitally labeled. After a long wait to pay, he tries to charge me $37.99. I tell him that it does not say that on the label. He says it's marked wrong. Marked wrong TWICE?!?!?! I could definitely had paid the extra $3 bucks. But based on the long wait, bad attitude.... I'm getting carvel cakes from now on at Stop and shop at Carle place. They're cheaper and you don't need to deal with the terrible employees at this specific Dunkin' Donuts.

Regular Dunkin. My friend ordered avocado toast. Thus it should be toasted and she asked for it to be but after we left for the airport she opened it and it was just a cold piece of bread with avocado. She just threw it away, such a waste of money.

This place sucks, you ask for a glazed donut, they give you an old fashion, you ask for a coffee with cream and sugar, they give you just cream, they have a bad case of "I'm going to give you what I think you said you wanted.", you'd think they would make up with their lack of good service with being nice but no, just more people doing a job they hate.

They rip u off if u order any exspresso u order they never put ur full shot in even when u order an extra shot they rip u off by giving u maybe the full 1st shotno matter how many ways I try to get what I paid for they try to figure out a way to steal and it's not just this one it's dang near everyone of them one day they literally gave me cream and a drizzle of Expresso I'm tired of it and I'm still gonna let the people know when they keep up this scam

This Dunkin donuts is conveniently located on Glen cove road. They have a drive through that I usually use. You do need to be careful coming out of the place because it's difficult to make a left turn as you're leaving the drive through. I do have an issue with their matcha latte. If you ask for an iced one, they usually don't mix the matcha powder unless you specify.I went to this Dunkin today and didn't have a great experience. Went through the drive through and the guy taking my order seemed a little impatient. Not sure why because I was the only car in the drive through at the time. He also got my order wrong :(

DO NOT COME HERE. Watered down coffee, stale donuts, a-hole owner and they don't accept dunkin or baskin robbins rewards.
Rude service, don't speak the language. Hard to understand. Don't vaildate with app codes and purchases in the drive thru.

Had to yell for someone to come to the front it was like no one was working. All I wanted was a dozen donuts, and the woman barely spoke English, and I had to say what I wanted over and over again. I was just about to go behind the counter and fill my own box. It's ok if someone is learning, but there should be a person to back her up.
