I found this to be an excellent Dunk. Lovely lighting and atmosphere plus the staff was helpful and had a wide ranging knowledge of Dunkins products and history. After ordering, I sat in the sunny couch lounge space and read a chapter of Gogol. 10/10
Absolutely terrible service. I usually purchase an ice cream cake once or every two months. NOT ANYMORE. Always a service issue at this location. Long wait to cashier not knowing how to use the cash register properly. The latest 2 weeks ago was the best yet. A cake for Halloween was marked $34.99. It was handwritten and digitally labeled. After a long wait to pay, he tries to charge me $37.99. I tell him that it does not say that on the label. He says it's marked wrong. Marked...read full review
