The lady that works there or possibly owns the place has one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced. She seemed completely out of it, sitting there with a smoking device on the dining table while yelling at me. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

All I asked for was a detailed receipt with the full description of my order, and she completely flipped out. She literally threw the receipt at me and said, “That’s all I have,” without even attempting to help or find another solution. Every time I tried to explain, she kept cutting me off and talking over me instead of trying to understand the situation.

On top of the horrible customer service, the food wasn’t even good. We bought three pizza pies and honestly, the pizza was disappointing as well.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I will never, ever return again.

Went to pick up two pies for the Super Bowl. VERY SIMPLE ORDER : One plain pie and one half plain half mushroom & pepperoni. They start shuffling around a few boxes and finally hand me my order Which was ALREADY PAID FOR But they said it wasn’t. Then they charged me at the restaurant Even though they already charged my mom 54$ already on her credit card. And their excuse was “They didn’t confirm it” So they were just gonna charge us twice and not say anything?? Very unprofessional Don’t expect our business Or our hard earned money Ever again even if we live right up the street!

Place hasn't changed in 35+ years inside. Pizza is well above average and very well priced and has always been. Some things are better unchanged and this is proof.

The service was amazing, from the moment you walked in till the door closing behind you, the staff were friendly and engaged. The food was good, the plain pizza was amazing, the specialty may have sat out for a while. The atmosphere was a bit crowded, but that was probably because the food was so good.

In a time when prices are going up and portions are getting smaller, it's nice to know that Gino's still care about quality at an affordable price! I had Joe, the owner make me one of his Taco pizzas with cherry peppers, ground beef , tomatoes and of course, lots of cheese! The result was one of the best pizzas I've ever had!! I come here for work from the Jesey Shore, and I can't find a pizza where I live that stacks up to this! They all taste like the box. Here at Gino's, whenever I come to town, I always get a craving for this pie and it NEVER disappoints! 😋 Try it, you'll like it!

Super friendly service. Perfect pizza. Thin crispy crust, sweet sauce, cheese not too stringy. Plenty of pepperoni 🍕. Guy behind the counter was sweet. Brought a pick up order out to someone during a torrential downpour.
