Tonight my wife and I had dinner at Louie's Pizzeria, for the first time on Chicken Night, and I just have to say the food was absolutely delicious. We both had chicken dishes and they were both exceptional. I have not had Chicken Parmesan this great in a very long time. Also, our waitress Shari was very friendly and excellent with taking care of us.

This is usually one of my favorite spots, but I had an off experience recently with a Burrata pie that didn’t seem quite right.
The owner, John, reached out personally to explain how the pizza is prepared and made up for my disappointment. He was very professional and genuinely apologetic, which I really appreciated.
Great customer service goes a long way—I’m looking forward to coming back.
