Based on the reviews, Carmel Brick Oven Pizza has fantastic, super tasty food. The service is quick, impeccable, and terrific, with extremely kind and wonderful owners who are beyond accommodating. The pizza is consistently great and delicious, and the gluten free (lasagna) pizza is delicious and reheats well. The chicken francese is "the stuff dreams are made of." New favorite sandwiches are the Maria and the crispy chicken cutlet, both absolutely delicious. All appetizers are very good. The food is excellent and top notch especially for the price. 100% recommended.
