Placed order today and, after waiting 20 minutes watching other customers who arrived after me be served and leave, found thel woman behind the counter never submitted the order. It was not that she was busy serving customers. She was too busy playing witb the guys in the kitchen. Not the first time I've seen this. Too much playing around. Left empty handed and will not be going back.

Didn't appreciate having the floor right under me mopped. While i was eating. No caution wet floor sign. Had to ask him to stop. It was two hours before closing. Three booths and a table still eating. Wish I could post the pictures.

Go there every day. When Jose works everything good. If he isnt there forget it. I order basically the same everyday. Scramble eggs on a plain bagel and a sesame bagel with cream cheese.. the small woman behind the counter gave me the egg sandwich and just a bagel.. no idea how she always gets my order wrong she writes it down. seems like too much playing around and loud music. Just tired of the poor service there. You have to look inside before entering to see if Jose is there . The owner should be there early in morning to see how this particular store runs. i am sure he wouldn't be happy

Had an everything bagel with butter. It was great soft inside and little crisp outside. Had a smoothie also and it very good. Gentleman who served me was very good. A lot of there reviews were customer service issues. Hopefully they get that straightened out as it's a good bagel place.

I went here with my husband. We asked many times for EXTRA cheddar. They put American cheese on the sandwich. So we went back and they only put ONE slice of cheese on it. The food is decent. I have seen flies in the display case. Also whoever took my husbands order HUNG up on us when we were going to bring home more for my mom and dad. Also we wanted a smoothie. Could have been a much bigger order if the guy on the phone didn’t hang up on us. Your loss Empire Bagels.

I swear the employees will do anything but take an order of someone standing waiting. At the bear minimum they should address you and say we’ll be with you soon. You can easily stand and wait for 10+ minutes with no other customers ahead of you just to take your order. By the looks of the other reviews, it’s a persisting problem. I’ve even walked out before. Believe me, I would understand if it was just busy, but this is always the issue. Fix your s***
The service and the food here takes super long and it was hard to understand some of the staff when they were speaking. My bagel was good, but it was a bit frustrating that it was taking so long! I don’t think I would come back here again.

Sitting outside doing some remote work in my car , tried to call to place an order to grab it and go , it’s 12 pm open sign is glowing doors wide open, called twice , phone rang out no one ever answered . Lost my business for sure !
