To start I had the stuffed artichoke filled with breadcrumbs, garlic and sauce. Very large and fulfilling. My appetizer was followed with a house salad with various greens and vegetables. Then, my salad was followed by a large succulent pork chop covered in a light brown sauce and red & green peppers with a hint of heat coupled with a side of white rice. This was my 2nd time in. Slice last time, chicken roll this time. Delicious! This is a pizza spot that gets it right. Some locals I know also have good things to say about this place. Not only is the food good but the guys behind the counter are friendly and efficient. Will definitely be my go to spot when I'm in the area...

All food was absolutely delicious, & cooked exactly the way we wanted it! I had Grilled Chicken with Sautéed Garlic & Oil, my Son had Penne Vodka with Chicken & we've had their Pizza numerous times. Very flavorful, presented so nicely. All staff very pleasant & accommodating. Being very Italian, I'm very fussy about eating sauce, but at Prato, you have no worries! Delicious!
