Excellent customer service and the food was great. I forgot to tell them 2 guests were gluten free. The servers noticed the 2 weren’t eating and realized why. They immediately went to the kitchen and made 2 beautiful gluten free plates for them. Thank you Samantha and the rest of the crew!!!!

We recently hosted my sister-in-law’s bridal shower at this tea house, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Everyone raved about the quality of the lunch—the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The tea selection was incredible, with so many different varieties to choose from, making it fun for guests to try something new.

The private event space was so charming and cozy, the ideal backdrop for a special celebration. Samantha, the owner, was truly a joy to work with—she was responsive, helpful with planning details, and clearly passionate about making the day special. You can tell this is a family-run business where the staff genuinely enjoy what they do. That positive energy shines through and made the whole experience feel warm and personal.

Throughout the shower, guests kept commenting on how lovely everything was and how much they enjoyed themselves. It really was a day to remember, and I couldn’t recommend this tea house enough for anyone looking for a unique and delightful event space.

The ladies who work they were so helpful and accommodating, from cutting some fresh flowers from the front garden to put on the tables, to even helping set up the favors we brought in.

So if you are looking for a fun day, a private event or just meeting someone for their tea service, don't hesitate! Samantha and her crew really let the passion for the business shine through.

Came for a bachelorette tea party. Very quaint and cute. Our server's were all very polite and gave great service. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The list of tea available made you stop and think as there were so many different one's to choose from. I chose the Caribe which was very pleasing to the palette.
I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a true tea party experience.

We’ve been here many times to celebrate special occasions or just to enjoy some afternoon tea. The service is always great and food is phenomenal. I’ve never had a bad meal or left disappointed. I can’t wait to visit the new location!!

This is one of my faves. During the pandemic there were a few tea houses open and this one conveniently has outdoor seating. It was a god send with a robust tea selection and good food. We go several times during the warm months. The full tea experience is worthwhile.

Finally ! A tearoom that’s actually a real English tea experience! Service was wonderful and the food was delicious. My daughter and husband accompanied me in driving almost 4 hours from upstate NY and it was worth the drive . I was also so happy when I saw a no pets sign on the door . As someone who suffers from severe pet allergies this was so considerate . Will drive again and bring more family members. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience :) !

Florrie Kayes Tea Room is outstanding! Samantha and her amazing staff catered my daughter's baby shower. Not only was the food delicious, but their presentation was gorgeous as they use their beautiful antique tea cups and fresh flowers, every detail attended to! Above all, they are so lovely to work with ! Highly recommend!

Food: Very delicious, beautifully plated. It's amazing the variety of food that comes out of that small kitchen! Over 100 flavors of teas covering black, white, red and green.
Service: Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
Ambience: Classy casual. Visually interesting with tea cups, pots, and a tea boutique in a separate side room.

I have been to Florrie Kaye's many times with my wife and occasionally small groups and everyone always enjoys the experience. The Afternoon Tea is a real treat. The meal is well paced and relaxed.
Their Afternoon Tea can also serve as a wonderful introduction for youngsters to a more fun and mature culinary experience.
A great date afternoon/night spot as well!
You can also take a picture with life-sized cutouts of the queen and other British royalty.
Highly recommend!
