I met Luigi for the first time this weekend. He treated me like family, insisted I have a glass of wine while waiting for my order. We shared a little bit of life story with each other, and he sent me home with 2 desserts and the best pizza I have eaten in a while!! I will definitely return soon to begin my journey through his delicious menu. I’m so happy to find a place with this kind of character still exists in our world. 🍷🍕🇮🇹
loved the Pistachio cake from Luigi’s in Carmel so much that I ordered one for my mother’s 96th birthday. I was in Florida and couldn’t partake but my sister picked it up in Carmel and my mom, sister and family were able to enjoy it. I discovered Luigi's in Carmel during a visit from Tampa in August, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The place has a cozy, welcoming vibe that immediately put me at ease, even as a solo diner. Luigi, the owner, is on top of everything and so professional and responsive. I had a great time sitting with him after my meal and chatting. He genuinely made me feel like a valued guest.
