This wonderful business catered a baby shower for us a few weeks ago and it was amazing! The food was fresh and delicious, the presentation was divine, and proprietor Samantha was easy to work with. I can’t say enough positive things about Florrie Kaye’s Tea Room! I will work with them for any and all upcoming events!

We used them once for a large catering order. While the food was good, they dropped the ball completely on a severe nut allergy. After I spoke with the manager/Samantha, she said even though it was very clear in the order email and the order ticket, they made a mistake and would issue a refund for those items we couldn’t serve. However, they never actualy issued the refund even after another follow up. I get that things happen, but it didn’t seem to me they actually cared about it. There are so many other great catering choices closer to us that we’ll continue to support!

We hosted a small party here for my daughter’s first birthday. We had a wonderful time! Everything went smoothly, our Server was fantastic, the food was great and the atmosphere was highlight!Kid-friendliness: We had 2 eight year olds that were princesses for the day and a one year old guest of honor!
Such a wonderful experience! Cannot stop talking about it. Definitely coming back and bringing more family and friends!The service is excellent, the staff is all super friendly and helpful. I have food allergies and they were not only able to accommodate, they were knowledgeable and are to explain what foods were safe and what they could substitute for the ones that were not.If I could give more stars I would!

We celebrated a birthday with Florrie Kayes. The service and planning was so easy and helpful. The food was incredible. I will be dreaming about their birthday cake for a while. Afternoon tea service was so fun and the food was outstanding. Everyone left happy and full! The atmosphere was also fun and charming. And their servers and staff were all so cheerful and made the experience even more remarkable

I visit this tea room whenever I’m in NY. It’s been lovely every time. Extensive tea list to choose from. Food is delicious. Service is always excellent. Love the different tea pots, cups, serve ware that they use. Cute little gift shop inside as well. Highly recommend the scones!
