Luigi's Familia truly make you feel like part of theirs the moment you walk in. The wood-fired pizza has that perfect authentic crust, and the portions are absolutely massive. Make sure to save room for the homemade pistachio cake—it’s made fresh by Luigi's wife and is easily the best dessert I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend for a cozy, authentic Italian meal.

Had a great meal here with my family. The staff was great and made us feel at home. Food was delicious. The 4 cheese asparagus was an incredibly tasty app. Very unique dish. The beef ravioli and bolognese were both great. This is one of those places that makes sure their marinara is special.

I was visiting with my dear family live in Carmel. My grandson recommended Luigi‘s for takeout food. Boy, was he right? Three delicious subs and a wonderful individual sized pizza. But the cherry on top was meeting the the owner Luigi! What a charming, delightfully, funny man. And I mentioned to him that even though I was 79, I was still looking for the love of my life. Well, he guaranteed me he would find someone for me!
Hahahaha. I know I will visit him again. Delicious food and delicious conversation! What more could you ask for? (The Woman of my dreams)!! Alan Chalfin

Quaint spot in the Carmel Hamlet. Brick oven style pizza and homemade Italian dishes. Don't forget desert and zapolis.

We had an excellent lunch at Luigi's yesterday. We each had a pasta dish. The portions were generous, and we all agreed it was the best Italian food we've ever had. Luigi seems to appreciate when customers are there to enjoy each other's company, so if you want to have an unhurried meal with family and friends, this is the place.

They have not once delivered a hot order to me, I like their food but it always cold or barely warm whenever I order delivery.

My wife and I have occasionally eaten at this restaurant as the food has been consistent over the years. We don't go as often because Luigi doesn't answer you half the time and continues to show favoritism with other customers. Our recent visit was even more unpleasant as he was beyond rude and dismissive. He treated the nearby customers completely different than us. All Customers should be treated with respect. We know many people who refuse to go there because he makes them feel uncomfortable. He ultimately needs to step down and let his son who's very courteous and professional take over.

I’ve lived in this area for nearly 30 years, and I am so glad I finally found this gem! After finishing a closing at Sayegh Law across the street, the attorney recommended my son and I grab a bite here—and it was the best decision we could have made.

From the second you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness. This is a family business in the truest sense; you can see the pride of multiple generations working together, and every employee seems genuinely happy to be there. The food was absolutely delicious, but the service was what blew us away. They were so proactive, asking us questions about our preferences that we hadn't even thought of to ensure we had the best meal possible.

The highlight of our night was when Luigi sat with us. He showed such sincere care for my son, asking him questions and taking a real interest in his life. It’s rare to find that kind of human connection. Everyone walking in was greeted like family. Just WOW. I can’t recommend this place enough! Taking my dad here since he is all about hospitality and great food.

Luigi and his family and staff work incredibly hard to deliver the most delicious food in the area. We are new to the neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza and take out items as well as all the dine in options. A special note that the desserts are made by Luigi’s wife and the ones we have sampled are drool worthy the best being the pistachio cake. It’s unique and unforgettable! We are regulars now and truly enjoy all the great offerings.

Luigi's is true Italian culture in the United States, right down to the excellent cuisine and family service. The owner makes sure you're taken care of, and provides great, personal service. The Chicken Masala is delicious. I will be sure to stop in again next time I'm in town, and tell my friends about it, too.

A quaint Italian Restaurant run by a passionate Luigi, along with many family members. The food is so good, service is prompt, the other diners seem to also be enjoying their meals. You can have just about anything that you would like, or prepared the way that you like. I only wish that the restaurant was had a party room. I can imagine hosting a Christening, adult birthday, repast or rehearsal dinner. Luigi is very engaging, his wife makes outstanding desserts, the portions are large and delicious! Give it a try.
