Just weird they have scented candles and plug ins around the restaurant. It's weird to eat with these scents in the air.... It takes away the flavor of the food. The food was awesome. Soups are amazing

This is my favorite go to place for an easy and relaxing dinner and drinks. The crowd is fun, the food is great, and the drinks are reasonably priced. The soups are homemade and the potato skins are great too. The photo below was an amazing Shepherd’s Pie.

Food price / quality (value) rating 8. The atmosphere is "country tavern". We split a blue cheese bacon burger and had a couple drinks. The menu is quite diverse, offering pretty much everything you'd want at a tavern, and the prices are reasonable. Local crowd, several tv's, and a large, nicely designed outdoor patio with a stage for live acoustic entertainment. A limited draught beer selection with a few typical U.S. brews, and a couple IPA's. Plenty of parking. Service was okay.

I only placed a to go order 1 time but I was certified happy with it. I got the shepards pie which is a traditional irish pub food but not many places make it and alot of the places that do dont really impress, but the one I got from here was absolutely
I remember went to McCarthy’s Grill House from 5 or 6 years ago because I had fun at Patricia’s Retirement Party and so then it was like that okay, but I remember went to Emily Caroll’s 5th Birthday Party in 2018 because it was great and neutral, but I had a long mental breakdown or something like that a meltdown…I had a long day in 2018, Thank You!

Been listening to everyone rant and rave about this place. Honestly the food was just okay nothing special. Definitely had a nice atmosphere we ate outside and service was pretty good. Would not go out of my way to go eat you again.

We just had a Christmas party for 60 people and everything was absolutely perfect The food is amazing, the wait staff is so professional and Annie herself makes sure that everything is perfect! Even to the fine detail of the tablecloths being equal. I will continue to book my parties here!
