Based on the reviews, Normby Creamery is a great addition to Pawling and offers a wide variety of ice cream flavors plus non-dairy options and even pup cups. The ice cream is homemade and you can taste the difference. It is probably the best ice cream ever had. The owners are amazing. Customer service is incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful family-owned, family-friendly ice cream shop with something for everyone whether gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or just looking for incredible homemade ice cream made with ingredients you can actually feel good about. The flavors are always creative, unique, and delicious combinations like Matcha Strawberry to carrot cake or tiramisu. The menu is always changing. The staff is always incredibly friendly and patient. The shop is tucked away in a courtyard but very much worth seeking out. It is one of the best ice creams in the state. The cosmic brownie flavor is pure heaven. The shop serves ice cream, ice cream flights, sundaes, milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, stuffed bubble waffles and more. They also have boozy ice cream for 21+ only. Everything is made naturally using only natural colors from butterfly pea powder, spirulina, turmeric, purple sweet potato and beet juice.
