“I went here for the first time to get food and milkshakes. The food was super tasty and filling. Both food & milkshakes were DELICIOUS. Lots of flavors and food options to pick from. I can't wait to come back during the summer and try their ice cream. Convenient location and friendly staff. We were the only ones in the store, which is a bonus. 10/10“

“Great food at great prices. A creative menu not normally found in Putnam County NY. Whatever I have ordered has been fresh and delicious. The portions are large and usually cant be finished in one sitting. Hamburgers are superb and not made from frozen meat. Salads are especially fantastic and great for lunch or diner. Soups are madefresh and dont taste commercial. This has become my go to eatery.“

“Love carvel ice cream but not the girls who work there. The gentlemen that works there is always very nice. I was in this afternoon 4/22 and was not pleased with the service. I walked in and was not greeted and the girl was doing something else and didn't have the curiosity to just ask me to wait one minute. she then went to the other side of the counter and then put her mask on (she was not wearing her mask prior). She then went back to what she was doing and then blurted out "what do you want" i placed my order and when i received it she told me the total and i paid her and when i went to get my chance i put my hand out for her to put it in and she just throws it on the counter next to my hand and then walks away. I asked her for a spoon for my ice cream and she just handed me it and walked away.“

“Some friends took us here for a double date night! They are regulars there. The food was delicious! The owners seem like great people who care about their customers and what they need/want. We will definitely be going back! I wish I would’ve gotten a picture of our main meal, but this is the salad that came with it. We felt so fancy! The chicken Alfredo is delicious.“

“My wife and I stopped here in Oct 2021 on our way up to Connecticut after a 5 hour flight from Las Vegas to JFK and battling NYC traffic after getting the rental car. After a full day of traveling, she and I were both exhausted and hungry. The restaurant itself and the pizza were absolutely awesome. “Our favorite Carvel by far! The staff is wonderful, always helpful, patient and very accommodating to special requests! The service is great! The store is very clean and they serve quality ice cream and beautifully decorated cakes (they can make pretty much make any design/style you want). Another plus- convenient hours and location.
