I don’t know how is the protocol when you hire someone and training them, but I believe that front-of-house staff are intended to be the first point of contact for customers, and that a happy and friendly greeting sets the tone for a positive experience from the moment a customer walks in and to make the customer feel welcomed but Unfortunately, my experience today did not reflect that.
