“First time at Trattoria Sei. The inside was nicely decorated, warm ambiance. The food was delicious, very generous portions. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese made with ground beef and veal. Highly recommend it. We also got a salad which was one of the specials and had pickled beets, blueberries, crumbled blue cheese, and it was very delicious! I also have to commend our server, Sophia, who was very attentive to us!”

“I have tried almost everything on the menu, and I have nothing bad to say at all. Every dish I have tried was delicious. I am definitely addicted to the traditional Ban mi, the shrimp salad, and the shaking beef vermicelli. The owners and staff are very friendly, welcoming. We felt so welcomed that we actually had Christmas brunch at Pho.”

“Great pancakes. Huge variety. You could probably go every day for a month and have a different one for each day. Texture was perfect. Excellent jalapeno hash. Solid biscuits. Only the home fries were kind of meh.Place is small, so plan on a wait on busy days. But the staff is on top of it and really communicative. Worth an excursion if you're craving pancakes.”

“The steak is one of the best in the area, and best in Putnam county for sure. The salad that accompanied the meal was large and fresh. It appears that they re-heat the items that are served with the dinner, such as the twice baked potatoes and crab cake that was on the Char Steak Oscar, however the sauce was delicious. As for the atmosphere, it is great looking restaurant with a fantastic bar, but there is an unusual smell when you enter the restaurant.”

“When for the first time last weekend. I didn't realize it was breakfast with the Easter bunny. Lol. That being said it was busy the poor staff and were running around making sure everyone was happy. My food was very good. I chose a burger on Texas toast. Very good.. I also had an adult milk shake.. coffee with burbon.. It was the best. I will definitely go back.”

“Nice local New York Italian restaurant. Food is very good...but I gotta ding a place that charges you for each additional tiny cup of coffee. Things are expensive nowadays, at least give free coffee refills, especially with those tiny tiny mugs.”
“A cozy Italian-American in Mahopac on Route 6, that is worth a trip from anywhere! The review, may sound like hyperbole, but it's not! A friend mentioned it had good food, great prices, and table service and he was going down there, so we all stopped in for lunch. Great decision. The prices are very reasonable! One of the best Italian-American restaurant/pizzerias I've found in years; and I've eaten more than my share of pizza in many countries. Only top quality ingredients are used! We each ordered a different 12" pizza, one for each of us. In hindsight, we could've ordered one pizza that the three of could have shared and would we have been satiated! My significant other ordered a prosciutto and arugula pizza. She had one at Cancino's in Mexico City November 2019 and LOVED it. We've never seen it on another menu here. So, when she saw it on their menu, she ordered it right away! It was perfect! There was about 4 ounces of arugula and the $20 something a pound prosciutto on it. See the photo. No crispy cremated prosciutto chips nor wilted arugula arrived to the table. My friend had the red meat pizza. It looks like about a pound of sausage meat and a whole pepperoni was sliced and put on his pizza. He kept picking pepperoni off his pizza and putting it on ours. What we had looked like a normal pepperoni pizza; there was that much on his! There was a small group who ordered pasta dishes. They looked great also. Yelpers get a 10% discount.”
