“Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my sister, we started with steamed mussels in red sauce & divine bread. We ordered their Sunday sauce with Meatball,sausage,spare rib, bracelets on rigatoni W/a dollop of Ricotta cheese. Couldn’t finish all of it took the rest home. It was excellent!! served with crispy garlic bread. No room for desert. Service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back.”

“A true hidden gem in Mahopac. Their pho is solid, but my family comes here primarily for the awesome Sichuan food. They execute it really well, and they don't hold back on the mala (numbing and spicy, the signature combo of Sichuan cuisine) which is honestly really surprising for this area, where most other Chinese restaurants serve highly Americanized food. Favorites include the wok fried green beans, sauteed chicken with green pepper, kung pao chicken, and Sichuan chili chicken. For many of these stir-fried dishes, they are better fresh out of the wok in the restaurant rather than takeout.”

“Ordered sandwiches and antipasto tray for my daughter’s sweet 16 party and everyone said how fresh the meat was. The sandwiches were made perfect they did not fall apart and were cut perfect size. The antipasto tray was fresh as well. First time I went to deli as I’m new in town. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you to Arthur Avenue Deli!!”

“This place is one of my family's favorite restaurants for many years. We all refer to it as B's. There are so many great and delicious choices between the specialty pizza slices, salads, and pasta and chicken dishes. Rocky and team has always gone above and beyond for us whenever we order out, dine in, cater for a party or host a party in the back. We've never had a bad meal here and highly recommend it.”

“I can not say enough good things about Mike and Joe's! The staff is friendly and efficient, they learn their customers and always greet you warmly! They are quick, often delivering faster than expected and the food is always great! If something is wrong they are happy and quick about making it right and they treat their customers so well and generously! I order delivery often and recently ordered catering last minute! Not only were they on time , the food was DELICIOUS, and they gave a sweet something extra! Mike and Joe's always goes the extra mile they are my favourite pizza place now and always! “First time there. The food was good, the portions were large and the staff were very friendly and polite but with that being said, the service wasn't all that great. Drove up from the Bronx and even though it was enjoyable, I won't be going back. Why? Because I hate to be "nickel & dimed" ...I never question prices. I order what I want but when the check is upwards of $70 but I see I was charged for both cups of coffee, it's a turn-off! A little advice: let your customers be aware that there are no free refills on a cup of coffee instead of surprising them with a $10 charge for coffee. Good luck!”

“I tried this spot because of the lack of pork dish options elsewhere In the area. I genuinely don’t understand some of these reviews, so far as of ordering 5 times now everything has been above and beyond..my go to is the sechuzan style roast pork. Tried the fried wontons in garlic sauce today, amazing. Great local option, they never miss an item or an instruction. This has become my go to spot in town.”

She gave me great recommendations for visiting Brooklyn and Hofstra, too— the best! I will definitely go again next time I visit the area. Bonus— you can buy food for the ducks who politely visit.”

“We went for Mother's Day. My beautiful mother-in law has dementia. Our chef was so great!! He cooked in front of us. The food was so fresh and delicious. Even with the fire which unnerved my mother-in-law a little he was amazingly king and understanding. The food as always was beyond fresh and incredible. My MIL has chicken and steak we had the couples meal. So delicious. Had dessert. Incredibly fun servers couldn't be nicer. Favorite for a night out. Go and enjoy!!”
